True, what do you do with that degree other than become a prof? It's up there with philosophy as a useless degree. I guess it's useful for Animal Crossing though. But, it makes overpaying for a villager Amiibo cards seem like a more sensible and time-conscious expense...and that's bloody insane. Alternatively, you can look up guides on how to spot fakes. Lol.
To be fair, I'm not completely uncultured and can see why someone might be interested in the su...
EA isn't the holy grail that will save your turd of a system Google, but marks for holding onto your denial in the face of overwhelming evidence that says it's beyond dead.
I enjoyed the first one in spite of its flaws. A more refined sequel sounds splendid.
You're just finding that out now? Lol.
Didn't they just release a thinly-veiled piece of political propaganda and call it a game? I never played it, but I've heard volumes about it.
I'm not really a big fan of the release bare-bones game and patch in proper content later strategy, but Horizons is certainly a much better game than when I started, and I'm hoping it will continue to get better and better. I really hope Nintendo didn't hack up the game to try and deter time-traveling like they've said, and instead used it as an opportunity to release the game earlier (they really couldn't have picked a better time to release the game). Let's hope th...
Well, that's on them if they blow through the game's content and it no longer satisfies them. The game wasn't designed to be played that way. But, that's their business. They don't need Nintendo policing them and telling them how to play, and that doesn't even work anyways. If people want to time travel, they're going to do it.
Heck, the one friend is even talking about trying to make her own amiibo cards because she's done some research ...
I think so. I mean, who the heck cares if some people want to time travel? They'll be rolling in bells regardless. It's not my style, but my friends are time traveling and having a great time, with fantastically designed islands to boot, so I'm not going to judge. They're doing what makes them happy, and isn't that the point of a game? I'll personally take my time and not time travel, but it's irrelevant to me what other people do with the game they paid for. ...
Hopefully they will get to that afterwards.
That's probably exactly it. Businesses don't just give away stuff for free because they feel like being charitable. There's always an ulterior motive. However...it's not as if I'll complain about anything free. That's still something I can check out without having to pay for it.
Well, this will definitely get the Overcooked crowd who want something similar but involving a different industry. Frantic multiplayer action is good fun whether you're doing a horrible job of moving stuff, or a horrible job of running a kitchen.
I assumed all three parts were in development to varying extents all along. Sure, earlier parts would be further along in development than later parts, but I would hope that SE isn’t just starting to develop part 2 now, and it’s highly doubtful that’s the case.
I think there's a balance of originality and quality that should be met. I'd rather not buy the same game over and over again, and I don't. Games with annual releases that follow the exact same formula as their predecessors can shove it as far as I'm concerned. That said, something could be the most original game in the world, but if it's not any good then no one will want to play it. Innovation for the sake of innovation is nowhere near as good as innovation with a pu...
Neat.
That looks tough when even whoever's doing the demo can't do everything in time.
Agreed. Stadia loses in every matchup.
Well, one is a service offered on a system that has plenty of other features, and one requires investing in a box just for the bloody service. So...Google can take their "free" trial and shove it. Also, isn't Google charging for games on top of the service? WTF? Yeah, free my butt. Let's not even get into the fact that PS NOW has exclusives that Stadia doesn't have. Game streaming isn't my thing, but if I were to choose between these two streaming services it...
Haven't most games stopped requiring online trophies for the platinum? If they haven't that needs to cease entirely. I'd rather such trophies just went away completely, but I can live in a world where they're just optional. Making them a requirement is a design flaw IMHO.
Well, Google's pretending to be like the Big 3 and may actually be deluded into thinking the Stadia is in the same league as any of those systems, so it doesn't surprise me in the least that they would have their own version of the video news dump. The only difference is people actually watch Nintendo Directs, and I can think of few bigger wastes of time than watching a Google Stadia Connect.
Neither of which we're interested in, so do us all a favour Google, and just admit your system is a failure already.
