People actually enjoyed the music from DMC1-3? At least now the music is sensible to the world it's in. I tried listening to the battle music from DMC3 recently, and it made me laugh fairly hard. It's one reason why I never gave the DMC collection a single thought. Those games were amazing how I remember them. Any time I try to watch what I thought was amazing (the bar fight scene in DMC3, for example) when I was younger, it just makes me cringe now. It's awkward and incredibly ch...
Now hopefully we'll see that "Take back Omega" mission we were supposed to get. I think I'll put my Insanity run on hold until I see what else they plan on doing. The multiplayer should keep me well-trained until then.
Looking forward to seeing what else is going to happen in the Mass Effect universe.
I actually believe this would be a cool use for the Wii-U Pad, but I'm pretty sure Microsoft is already trying to answer this with SmartGlass and Sony with the Vita.
So I'm pretty sure you'll have options for PS3 and 360 like this one day down the line. Doubt it'll be any time soon. But the 360 and PS3, in theory, can eventually do it too.
So it kind of debunks the need of spending money on a Wii-U.
I don't see how they came to that conclusion. I already have a PC and PS3 (and currently not-in-use X360), why would I buy a Wii-U to play Call of Duty of all things if I already have so many other less costly options?
And when the next Xbox or Playstation come out, why would I buy a Wii-U to play core games when I could buy either of the other two since they'll most likely be powerhouses (and plenty of other games that aren't Mario)?
Silly thing ...
Playstation can't die unless Sony's other owned parts die with it. If Sony stops making TV's, smartphones, and such, then MAYBE, just maybe will you see new Sony published games on other platforms.
But even if Playstation magically manages to die (when it's currently selling better, month per month, over Xbox360 and Wii), Sony can still get into cloud gaming and stream their games over their smart TV's, smartphones, VAIO Laptops, and many others.

Nariko seems like an obvious choice to me. One of the first memorable and still talked about PS3 characters. So it only makes sense to put her in it. Although I'd understand if she didn't end up being in it since there are many character that take priority over her.
Still, very interested to see who else they announce.
As for the PS1 games on Vita, I can't wait. I have 28 PS1 games on my PS3 waiting to be transferred over to my Vita.
Well there is actually quite a bit of proof new IPs still sell. Uncharted, Mass Effect, Gears of War, inFAMOUS, Littlebigplanet, Resistance, etc. They all spawned sequels, but that's only because they sold so well originally.
Not to mention we still see tons of new IP's on the PSN/XBLA and such. It's just more cost-effective to be able to re-use assets.
Well EA seems to do the best when it comes to other sports. They currently make the best NHL, NFL and FIFA games, and their boxing game was decent so I can't see them failing here.
I guess only time will tell. Not that I care about MMA games anyways.
I want to believe this, but I'm pretty sure it's the Steam release. Not to mention I think they said Crisis Core was going to be the last in the compilation of Final Fantasy VII.
But it does anger me a bit that they're giving the Steam release the most love (if the rumoured features are true). You think the Playstation version would see more love since when you think 'Final Fantasy VII' you think Playstation. I doubt anyone would ever think "Oh yeah!...
Wow, this will annoy the hell out of me if they are actually adding all these things for the Steam release, and just left the PSN version as basic as they could.
No trophies? No Cloud saves (would work perfectly between the Vita and PS3)?
Kind of ridiculous as the PS1 version was the reason anyone remembers Final Fantasy VII. Yet they give it the least amount of love. Square has gone completely insane.
Although these games aren't really my bag, and I wouldn't personally be too excited about it, I'm glad those who want them will have games to enjoy. And I'm curious to see how the Wii-U launch ends up. I'll definitely be watching release videos of the Wii-U in action.
Umm, what? I don't think anyone should trust his reviews then if he just reviewed Last of Us and many other games without even seeing anything story-related. How am I supposed to take his movie reviews properly if he just judged an unreleased game that has nearly no story shown?
My older brother was literally just telling me how amazing this guy is at reviewing movies, then I hear this. I guess I'll throw a wrench in his love for Ebert.

I still don't understand this comparison. If the article doesn't compare the Live you get out of the box to the PSN you get out of the box, then this comparison is null and void. Just like many (try all) of the other comparisons existing on the internet.
The FACT of the matter is the most basic XboxLive is far, far worse than the most basic PSN. That is an absolute fact. Not a single person can honestly disagree (trolling is allowed).
You get fa...
It's funny how everyone usually says PS3-exclusive games don't sell as good as others, but then this stuff comes around and bashes their beliefs. Sure, this isn't Call of Duty sales, but it's also a much "smaller" game in regards to content. So the fact that a single player game (about 5-8 hours to finish on Normal) sold just over 5 million is telling of the franchise.
For example, there are many other games that wouldn't come close to that numb...
What are you talking about? Is PaRappa the Rapper a modern western character?
As for your more than ridiculous comment, Kratos and Sly Cooper both come from the "PS2-era", while Sweet Tooth and PaRappa come from Sony's "PS1-era". So basically, so far there are two from PS1, two from PS2 and 4 from PS3.
Nathan Drake being Sony's current flagship character, they'd have to be mentally handicapped not to include him.
I think they should do an HD remaster collection for PS3/360/Vita and see how that goes. It's a fairly safe avenue to take in order to know whether or not a new Timesplitters would sell.
Otherwise, take it to Sony. They tend to fund games about practically anything.
Why did you even ask such a silly question? Games back in 2006 weren't made the same way they are now. It's like comparing ANY game from 2006 to 2012, the old one will USUALLY look worse!
Easily the most ridiculous comment I've ever seen. And @CaCl, this isn't logic. It's so, so far from it.
On topic though, they're comparing two different suits of armor. There is no honest grounds for comparison here. Not to mention that if you'v...
It's what they did for the Killzone character (Helghast Radec, rather than any of the hero characters), so I can see them doing the same for a character from Resistance.
If this allowed you to use your PS3 Gamepad on PC with ease, I'd get it. I'm not a fan of the 360 Gamepad (although I do like the triggers), so having the option doesn't matter to me.
Cool idea though.
That's all fine and good, but you'll be losing money since not everyone will be buying it on 3DS (which means not at all). And that includes myself.
But I don't even think I want THIS game on the Vita since it'd most likely be a direct port that doesn't fully utilize the Vita and all it's features/power.
I'll wait for Konami to make a new Castlevania game for the Vita. The 3DS can keep this game.
