Those Japanese folks over at Sony could really use some brushing up with their grammar and communication skills.
Superboy's white dog, Krypto?
Ah, good times...good times!
Yup, uh-huh!
The Man of Steel it is...although I never could get into Batman...except in Worlds Finest comics, when he was paired up with Superman of course...and in those old cheesy reruns from the sixties that I'd catch during lunchtime, featuring Adam West and those iconic action words splashed across the screen: "Pow!", "Bang!", "Smash!"
The chicks had really nice skinsuits though.
with the exploding eggs, and that freaky-looking baby that even the most committed mother would panickingly flee from? I think I'm going to need someone with a Freudian/Jung background to explain those LSD-inspired adverts to me.
But it's true, and I've said it in the past: The PS3, quite simply, grows on you more and more every day. You know, sort of in a way like how those rich guys who acquire those Russian mail-order brides desparately yearn for, but so seldomly experien...
and I'm not intending to pose an arguement; I'm asking for a valid answer.
Don't pretty much all PC games played online run on dedicated, game-specific servers? I don't know if it's necessarily a bad thing to have non-unified servers, as I can only imagine that the support for the game is based upon demand for the game itself, and not the system it runs on.
And this is apparent with any product out there (especially technology-based one). How many products ha...
Since installing the last firmware (1.51???), I've noticed an occasional annoying problem when starting up a Blu-Ray game: It appears to begin loading, but then abruptly stops, kicks me out back to the XMB and gives some sort of "can't read media" (I'm paraphrasing) message. And the only way I cany remedy it is by either shutting off/turning on the power via the hard power switch at the back, or by inserting DVD-based media (movie or game).
But it doesn't happen all...
Given that Spidey's the OTHER of my two long-time favorite superheroes (guess who the other one is) I'm really looking forward to playing this at the next-gen level.
There's a middle-aged man with a beard sitting in my PS3 who's able to make tea and play my VHS tapes for me???
Cool!
Give me a moment...I have to recover after that exciting adrenaline rush from watching that action-packed promo.
Whom is Sony targeting with that commercial anyway?...retired tea-drinking librarians who are excessive rat-packs??? Still, there's something hypnotically eerie about that music and voice-over...closely along the lines o...
Given that I'm both a movie buff and an avid gamer (yeah boys, it IS possible to be both), part of my decision to purchase a PS3 was very much influenced by the integrated Blu-Ray drive and the ability to play HD flicks.
And with my experience thus far with the machine, as well as the way the future appears to soon be shaping up brightly for the machine (with respect to both games and movies), I couldn't be happier.
So yeah, by all means, focus on gaming...but I ...
is an understatement.
The number of moves available for each character is absolutely insane! My experience so far tells me that it's best to choose a character and learn them thoroughly before jumping to other characters...at least if you're looking for the most depth and execution of satisfyingly bone-crunching moves...or if that fails, there's always time-tested button-mashing.
For this, the Dojo (i.e., training) mode is an absolute Godsend. I actually spend ...
There's always the option of sitting there like a drooling neanderthal-like gimp and gaze blankly at the painfully-crawling progress bar while you download that one-gig demo across the required three and-a-half hour time span.
Very theraputic and meditative, y'know.
(Lord, I hope Sony properly fixes this before I lose any more brain cells.)
...It just means that I must be old.
I'm a huge fan of the PSP. I just hope that Sony can deliver on it's promise and make interactivity as smooth as they hype it up to be.
I tried synching my PSP and PS3 early on just for fun...and it wasn't all it was cracked up to be, as the PSP couldn't even keep up with streaming an MP3. Unless they fix the glitch (I've read of other accounts as well), how the heck do they expect to smoothly push streaming video across wifi AND the internet?
My fingers remain...
but why not break out the Premium Buffet by making UMK3 available? Is it by chance proprietary to MS now?
Whatever the reason, it's still better than no MK at all. Sure enough, I'll eager to add this one to my cart.
(Hmmm...now where DID I store those Fatality cheats???...)
to planet Earth.
We hope you enjoy your visit.
Admittedly, it took me a few stages to warm up to the game, add the fact that I've never been a fan of mouseless FPS's anyway.
But in a short time, the game's depth, storyline, and top-notch graphics & animation will keep you addictively drawn in.
My only gripe is the tunnel-vision-like split screen two player mode. God, it's nauseating.
But all in all, THIS is what a launch title should be.
This Saturday morning I was conducting my usual routine weekend scan through my Future Shop/Best Buy/department store flyers. I noticed for the first time ever, that there wasn't even a slight hint of existence of HD-DVD format, while Blu-Ray was being advertised more than ever. One of the flyers actually boasted that they have over 80 Blu-Ray titles to choose from.
Ah, good times to come, it seems!
Take the stats on Nexgenwars with a grain of salt.
I was keeping an eye on this website myself for a while (not knowing whether the numbers were actually accurate), until I noticed something very fishy. As of this writing X-Box sales report as approximately 10.6 million, while the PS3 and the Wii register 1.5 and 4.7 respectively.
Therefore, cumulative numbers for both the PS3 and Wii would result in a total of 6.2 million...resulting in approximately 57% of a...
However, over the past two days it's been mysteriously fine 'n dandy.
Thank you, Almighty Internet Gods...all is now well with the world once again!
Does that mimic actual gameplay? If so, thems gotsa ta be the purdiest animations I've seen...especially those facial expressions. Great lighting too.
