Not as awkward as these:
"Sounds pretty rad to me! ....*crickets*"
"Oooohh! OOOOOHHH!! OOOOOOOOHHH!!! (Usher misses the last key)"
"Just a minute? Where's the love?? .... *crickets, one starter clap* *nervous laugh*"
"Girl boner"
And any sort of banter between both Ubi co-hosts.
For f*ck's sake, someone finally said it.
The idea of having an extra thing to hold and look at during gameplay is one of the most gimmicky ideas I've ever seen. Since when was pressing start or select to actually look at a map or inventory such a problem?
All this extra weight does is add more crap to your living room, include unnecessary prices and make you feel like being born with two arms was some kind of birth defect.
Yeah, that would be a big blow if the most talked-about exclusive title in their conference ends up becoming a multiplatform release.
Yeah, it looks really smooth - better than the one on Android, in my opinion. I wonder when it'll be available?
PS: Just got my Vita in the mail today! haha
I'm just glad Sony didn't have any dancing clowns on stage like Nintendo and (especially) Microsoft did.
With that said, all three managed to do the opposite of what would have been considered even a "good" E3. Seriously, did they all arrange a meeting together and say "Ok, what can we all do at E3 this year to ensure disappointment?"
Nintendo had a strong beginning and went downhill from there.
Microsoft had a str...
I don't get it sometimes.. they were an absolute shoe-in to win E3 and they go ahead an find a way to end the conference on a low point..
What a mediocre E3 this year has been so far.
No price or release date has me worried. That's always a bad sign for hardware that's touted as ready for this holiday season.
ZombiU looks awesome! I feel like it's a small opponent for The Last of Us, which is an incredibly hard fight to win at this point so I'm not sure how that'll end up, but it's still interesting.
That trailer was great! This, Watch_Dogs and The Last of Us were the definitely my games of E3 so far.
Screw that!! I want that bundle very much, but I've been saving up for over 7 months to get a Vita and even though there's no price drop right now (very disappointing to me, but the Last of Us made me forget all about it) I'm not waiting until October.
Just ordered my Vita on Amazon and expecting it on Wednesday. PUMPED!
omfg, can you imagine that announcement?
"And as part of our new partnership with (cloud gaming partner), Plus members can turn on their PS3s right now and stream all the demos available on the show floor today."
pants sh*tted. brains blown.
They had to have meant for the entire year last year or something. I'm pretty sure the PS3 is ahead by over a million units this year so far.
Ok, I don't mean to be a d*ck, but that announcement was hilarious. Ever heard of that scumbag steve meme? Well, Scumbag Microsoft moment right there:
*Talks about other browsers being too slow
*Created Internet Explorer
lmao
If you purchase a Plus membership before their E3 conference and they happen to introduce a tier system or special upgrades tomorrow, you will be included in whatever they announce. You'll have to buy it before the conference so think fast!
I would most definitely pick up a Plus subscription before E3 if I wasn't saving all my money for the Vita :(
I need all the money I can save up for that thing! Knowing my luck, the "future of Plus" will be something I really, really want.
Ahh, that's right! That would also explain that post on Twitter (I forgot who it was from) that mentioned gamers should pick up PlayStation Plus now. He followed that up with something like "even if it's just the three month plan. Trust me."
Something BIG is in store and gamers will most likely be seeing it firsthand on Tuesday. This.. is pretty exciting. haha
It's all very mysterious to me, but they seem pretty confident with what they're about to do with the service so I'm really hoping they have a bunch of new appealing features ready for us.
A huge Plus revamp would fit in with the rumor that the next big update would be 4.20 (a sort of reverse of what was probably the PS3s biggest firmware update ever - 2.40).
Actually, I feel like last year might have been their first time broadcasting an E3 conference, but I only remember watching the EA conference there.
It's gonna really depend on what else the console has to offer. We've seen consoles do pretty much anything that any other device can do already this generation so it'll take something pretty unique to win me over if it DOESN'T have backwards compatibility.
If the 8th generation only does one or two new things that don't even enhance gameplay or a gamer's experience by much on top of no BC, what point is there in even going into the next generation so ...
Seriously! I've tried it for the past two or three E3s and something always goes wrong.
I'm gonna watch it from the XMB this year. It would be nice to go to the Theater in Home and actually have it working this year, though. It's actually kinda cool to be sitting in a theater full of other gamers watching the conference.
My Top 5:
- Sly Cooper
- Soul Sacrafice
- Gravity Rush (just played the demo, that game is phenomenal!!)
- Assassin's Creed III: Liberation
- Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified
And I would love a GTA Vita...
