Oh my kids will be so pleased with this. In this weak they rediscovered the Jak & Daxter DVD and was playing it for days on end again. R&C, J&D - new releases in HD - they are going to be so happy with this.

Seriously dude - the statement was disproved big time. If anything - all things being par, the PS3 had the graphical edge - and the rumor was just a rumor. Mentioned by many up in the replies - and yet - you make a stupid comment like this. One word: Troll

1) No - they have the same amount of memory - and actually due to the local stores on the SPU's, the PS3 actually has more memory
2) No - The GPU can access the other memory. The memory is split which simply means that it is a benefit. MS plays the "unified memory" story even though it is not positive - good spinning on their side - same as trying to prove that somehow HD-DVD is higher spec than BD. Basically the same. Simple fighting games. Looks great, my kids love it - I don't. Can be done on any platform - even the Wii. Chill out. If you like these type of games - then you will like it. And it will most probably make it to the XB360 - and look near identical to the PS3 version. This ain't KZ2 or MGS4 you know. No large maps and hundred of enemies. Just a few high poly models beating the crap out of each other.

Both has 512MB RAM. PS3 is split RAM. Move along.

The PS3 uses a bit more RAM for the OS. Yes. But not so much that it would affect the development. And then - the memory it uses is for functions that will enable functions like chat, video etc in the XMB - which means it will not need to be implemented in the game code. So you take that bit of memory out of the game code as it will be provided in the OS, and for the XB360 you implement it in the game itself. All in all it comes...

I have a great idea for you. Since the user score is still 90 (due to one guy going in and giving it a 1 unlike the rest who gave it a 10), why don't you go create 10 user accounts, give it a 1 across the board, come back and report back here that even from users point of view it is a stupid game. You seem to be hell bent to prove that it is not AAA, so why don't you just go the extra mile? I mean - you don't seem to have any other mission in life - so get it out of your system.

45 is a long way off. They will go 65 then 45. Sony had many iterations of hw revisions with the PS2 as well. Yet a new revision to be released. They are good at it. And it really does not matter. I moved the VCR / DVD player to the older TV and the PS3 is hooked up to the video projector and hifi. Reason? Because we watch DVD's we rent on the PS3. Guess I should move the DVD player back then if I understand this guy.

The PS3 is such an awesome player that it is the only device connected to the video projector. When the kids are not playing the PS3 titles or older PS2 titles - then it is used to watch DVD's / BR titles. Not many BR titles available - none to rent at the ...

I have 4 kids. R&C is much anticipated. And guess what - I will be playing it as well - having played all the previous versions. Get a PS3 - play this game. All R&C games rocked - this one too.

I have 4 kids. And then I like to play games as well. For you a rental last 1-3 days. For me it lasts a month if it is a good game. I actually rent games to preview them. But in the case of HS and R&C - no need to. Go straight to buy.
