These guys created a game that sold over 200,000 in the first three days. Typical for a 1-2 million seller over its lifetime. They spend a lot of blood sweat and tears creating these games.

Seems like most does not speed up, but actually has worse load times. Hopefully for the XB360 crowd it will at least reduce the disk scratching and noise levels. Could be a problem with the limited disk capacity though.
Just upgraded my PS3 to 250GB (from 60GB) as I ran out of disk space last week with the latest install. Seems like the encrypted FAT32 on the PS3 is as much a space waster as the normal FAT32. What is the XB360 filesystem?

Don't hold your breath. The "news" from this people sound like smoke and mirrors. I don't think the game exist in any form except as bait to get investors money.
I have R2, Haze, LBP, and Tom Clancy Endwar. Haze was good enough. R2 is very good. Most played game at the moment. The giant monsters is awesome. Because of those two games, the kids and myself spend barely two hours with Endwar.
Although I cannot make a call on Endwar, the other two is not flops. Idiotic article.
DD will be niche only for a long time. BR will be mainstream, and when the next gen HD arrives, will be used for that as well - as the capacity will be 200GB at that point - well within BR reach at that time.
Bandwidth will not be able to keep up with it - so it will be only be a niche player for those with access to high bandwidth. Just one of those things. At some point however - DD will be catching up - but not in the next 5-10 years at least.
Now imagine this... PS3 is more suited to DD than the XB360. Simply because you can add a bigger drive etc. So the PS3 would be leading the XB360 in DD, with MS trumpeting how DD is going to win... meaning... PS3 will have the biggest market share there as well... ouch!!!!
Still... There is no substitute for space when it comes to HD content. You can not compress the hell out of it and think no-one is going to notice the color banding and artifacts...
Pretty soon the "mainstream" media is going to question why the enormous piles of FUD when the PS3 is doing fine...
Just look at the SCO vs Linux battle. The so-called press ran around crying doom for Linux, how it was supposed to be millions of lines pirated code from SCO... and in the end - what was found (after they displayed some of the code - just changed it into Greek characters), was some bit of code that was submitted a few years ago - and was rejected by Linus ...
Just strange that the media try to downplay the Wii success, and try and paint the PS3 as a "failure", then awards for the XB360 as "best hardware". Bias? Idiots?
When you are not interested in things - you don't bother... When you do bother like this news item - in order to hang around to create a negative story (which seems that the big media in the US - all their stories is predetermined to be negative about Sony), then it is not that you are not interested - you have an agenda...
For a Eurogamer review this is good. They could not fault the game anywhere.
