Definitely on the top of my most wanted lst for next year. Looks nice and relaxing and I agree, this would be perfect for VR. Hopefully they add support when PSVR is released.
Im right there with you. Between it and Eve, I will be in flight combat heaven. Lets just hope Ace Combat arrives as a launch title for VR or somewhat close, because it will definitely be a system seller.

All of the EDF games I have played have been total crack when it comes to gameplay. They're not the best looking games, though are not the worst looking games. What they make up for in lack of poly count, is damn near every item in the world is destructible and the amount and size of the enemies is off the charts. There are enemies that will fill the entire screen and there will be 10 of them in a level. Space ships overhead that are dropping those enemies, that are 10 times the size of ...
It's interesting that the their game engine will find the sweet spot for a constant 60 frames per second when using the headset, but will ramp up the visuals if you're playing the game without it. Not sure if thats an engine thing or built in to Sonys SDK. I think consumers worry too much that the visuals will be downgraded to PS2 level when using the VR headset, when in reality developers every day are getting graphically intensive games running at 60 frames per second, without it. ...
Thank you for all of the feedback PC gamers. Looking forward to picking hhis up for the PS4 when it releases and getting a force feedback wheel with it. Im hoping we get PSVR support also, as it would be incredible. Especially since they are already shooting for 60fps.
Looks good. I dont think Ive played a Rally game since the Xbox. Looking forward to getting back into the genre. This may be the game that gets me to buy a Force Feedback wheel. Im hoping they also announce PSVR support, as a game like this just screams for it.
One of my most anticipated titles in 2016. I love games that dont push you into the story the second you start playing, but ease you into it hours as you play and explore. This is why Indie games are so important to the current gen landscape. They take risks that big-name AAA developers won't, with games like this.

I agree that this game has evolved into a great racer. Hopefully we will see some city tracks in the next batch of releases. That's the only dig I have on the game, as the tracks that are there seem somewhat repetitive as you see The same thing throughout each region in every country. There's no real differentiation from one truck to the next.

Its beng delayed for no other reason than it being a flagship launch title for Playstation VR. These "Oh no, the sky is falling" articles are all for clicks, with no real substance to back them up, other than: Sheila's uncles brothers mothers cousin said that she talked to the third cousin of Ryans babysitter and she said that she overheard him say that they were having trouble with something or other, so Im assuming its No Mans Sky. LoL.

Sony already went on record, saying that this generation isnt the last of console hardware in its current form. This idea that it is was created by sensationalistic journalists, such as this one, looking for attention. While I wouldnt doubt the PS5 is in its planning stages, any hardware prototype is surely years away.

One of my favorite games, always pushing visuals and effects that make your jaw drop from start to finish. Though, Im not sure a story needs to be a center axis of any game in the series. As mentioned above, the game has always been about mindless fun. A game you didnt have to think about, you just played and enjoyed it. Though, if they can pull off the same game with a memorable story... all the more power to them.

I couldnt agree more. Of any remaster, this is the ultimate! I loved the first game, but never played the second and Infinite. In 1080p, with higher res textures and a higher framerate... All of the Bioshock games will be heavenly.

Exactly what I was thinking. Have gamers drive to the airport and take a flight to the next city and back. It will still give the illusion, but allow for true next gen quality in each city.
Absolutely agreed. That is the last great rally game I played, also. It will be a nice little present to wake up to and play on Christmas day. Cant wait!
