Tweet Shu, he'll probably answer you.
Multiple platform games built for multiple platforms sporting Bluray.
You had better believe that the big multiplat games will be taking advantage of the medium's size.
If you play on buying or installing digital, then you will eventually have to delete games.
Games are only going to get bigger in size over the generation.
OT: I'm getting the charging dock because I'm absolutely sick of wires.
Amen, brother chasegarcia.
Linux over Windows any day. Linux has powerful ideology attached to it.
Android is a good point. Linux-based Android and its features and capabilities far exceed what a company like Apple wants to let you do. Classic Linux.
My problem with Windows is that it's just a default, and not a superior competitive product.
@WeAreLegion I love how every reply, more or less, is a comparison of versions of Windows.
Some people may want to start researching the pros of linux.
You can start by not ever having to run countless background processes in which you are given no control of.
Also, free.
Driver support and game library will follow install base, end users just have to make the switch.
End users are getting more and more accustom...
Jump kick spam just chipping away health on your last quarter because your mom won't give you any more of them.
On topic: I would buy it, no doubt. Double so for vita.
Carmageddon and Fallout were debasing me before I was regularly using the internet.
It's 34, and you shouldn't have brought it up in the first place.
This is n4g... not an image board.
i just want to say this gamw is goddamn awesome .
then say...sequel. there's goddamn gotta be.
Fixed.
I agree, colonel179.
To be fair to Microsoft, I would also add that their strategy leading up to e3 probably assumed two things:
1) Consumers were ready to buy digitally, which is not that far fetched since many people are already doing it with other forms of media, and:
2) Sony would be going a similar route in terms of a digital distribution preference
I believe that Sony was probably on the fence about the issue, and waited to see what the ...
Not as bad as November 15 my friend :)
Edit: should have refreshed before posting! Fail
That flash memory in Xbox One keeps getting described as memory instead of storage.
Flash memory cannot be used as RAM. Flash has limited read and write cycles. Its purpose in the Xbox One is to store system software/firmware.
It seems some people want to believe that the flash memory will be used as more RAM.
Given how fast even DDR3 can cycle, that flash memory would be useless in no time, and I mean useless. As in, it would have to be pulled from the system and repl...
Diablo has never really been a long game. Beating it over and over is the norm in Diablo. Also, this game hasn't been out long enough for your friend to get the best possible gear for his character.
Actually, scratch that. Because of the stat generation on legendary items, I don't know if you can get a set of best possible gear.
Have you ever seen an issue of the Toronto Sun? It's a tabloid, not a real newspaper.
Isn't this what tabloids do?
The last thing the internet needs is more terrible LET'S PLAY videos.
I think it just plays into that TV mentality. Why spend an hour playing a game when you can spend an hour watching someone else do it?
Awful.
This article is better than most because it's more descriptive, and it contains hypothetical examples.
I don't care if my future ps4 looks a bit better than Xbox One. If I wanted to "win" anything, it would be ease of development and install base. These are more important than a relative graphics disparity. It looks like Sony is doing a good job on this front.
Both consoles are going to be fun. That's what matters.
Again, I agree with you.
To me, it's not the feature they should push the hardest.
To me it's still just the hdmi-in though. I understand that they are gunning for that idea of having everything connected with one device. The problem I see with that is there's already a device like that for most people: the TV itself. As long as you have a TV that still needs to be manually turned on and off, then I don't really see the importance of having ev...
I'm with kneon.
Probably over half the games in my small ps3 collection are exclusives. Killzone trilogy, Resistance trilogy, God of War saga, Uncharted trilogy, TLOU, Ratchet & Clank, Sly Cooper, Heavy Rain, inFamous, Little Big Planet, LBP Karting, and probably more that I can't think of at the moment.
@Thegamer41
I agree.
At the same time though: if you disregard all of those apps and such, aren't you really only left with an hdmi-in on Xbox One? My TV has a bunch of those, why do I need any more?
MMO creators talking about graphics...
We all know how far MMO games push the envelope graphically.
Oh wait, that doesn't happen.
If you mean the cable, then any mini USB cable should work.
If you mean the dongle, then check your inbox. People with this issue so far have not received support from Sony. These fall under the PlayStation brand and not Sony's consumer electronics stuff. There's a massive, and I do mean massive, difference in warranties and service between the two.
