A guy who is publicly known by his internet handle/online gamertag pointing a finger at an internet name/figure of speech.
No matter how hard I try, I cannot see a positive outcome.
Even people that I know in person who are buying an Xbox One call it X-Bone jokingly.
Yup, unless you're expecting the load screen in Diablo 3, don't expect to be able to read the little text snippets at the bottom.
The game loads so fast.
I liked how fast Shuhei got into Killzone at the Gamescom conference. Hopefully, most games will be like that.
I was wondering something about ps4. I don't know if it's been answered or not. Can the ps4 preserve a game to be instant resumed while in low power state? I would love to se...
I love it, too.
Lemongrab hahaha yeah he better be in it.
I love Choose Goose and Lemongrab. The girlfriend loves Hot Dog Princess, too.
I suppose it's easy to fund risks when they publish the biggest money grab in the business every single year.
The worst part about it is that they've gotten people used to it. So much so that the people who play the game have to buy into it to keep playing with friends.
A game, a season pass, and (if you're on 360) a subscription to live every year is almost like paying for a console every year.
Ridiculous.
Housemarque are a very great and unique studio.
They know how to make a game as hardcore as a classic coin-op, but they still take the time to throw in new ideas and exceptional amounts of polish. You get a very pretty indie game with great replay ability.
Resogun looks phenomenal. I'm stoked that it's also a part of plus. Everyone should try this game.
I hope Housemarque are compensated well. I was willing to pay whatever they wanted to charge to get my hands ...
Tell the truth... you want to play it anyway. You're just using the kids for an excuse!
I'll be playing it, and I don't even have kids :)
I love adventure time.
Well, we all have our dates now.
At least that issue can be put to bed.
I shall invite any Xbox buying friends over for a next gen preview. I encourage you to do the same. Be polite!
Also to you future European Xbox owners: please do the same to your PlayStation buying friends.
Everybody is going to win in November. There's no need for the hate.
Yup.
Even if they were to make it a subscription based MMO, I would still have my wallet open to them.
This game handily defeated everything else at e3 in the "games stevehyphen wants" category.
Well since there are two teams...here's hoping that there's an uncharted 4 AND something new.
I love the wild adventure and action sequences, and my girlfriend loves Elena and watching the gameplay. The characters are lovable and admittedly cheesy, but that's an important piece of it all.
I do hope there's no sequel for TLOU. I think it's a perfect game to stand on its own. I certainly wouldn't be upset, and I'm certain it would be a good g...
You're not really missing out on gameplay by not having Toro's Friend Network.
It's truly a micro transaction F2P friend builder. Most people will never sink money into it. You don't have to just to build friends. The transactions are just for making the dungeon levels easier. There are no trophies which would really be the only benefit of progressing through the dungeon floors. I find this kind of strange when apps like wake up club and welcome park have trop...
Yeah..... and let's go back to Roman numerals as well... not.
Not one comment above you called for the demise of Xbox. In fact quite the contrary. I don't think this spin off will happen, but I wish it would. Everything that happened between the Xbox One reveal and today would not have played out the way it did. A smaller spin-off Xbox company would completely tank from something like that, possibly even before the consoles launch. The console would be in better shape because it wouldn't have a financial behemoth behind it to take a risky move l...
Everyone should be excited no matter what they're buying. All of those little things that we are getting by having a modernized experience instead of gaming on something seven years old.
I don't care which sells more. I just want to get that box home, empty it out, smell the smells, feel the feels, start it up, and enjoy.
Right now I just wish that September and October didn't exist.
I'm getting the ps3 version, but I will probably get the ps4 version, too.
I haven't played the PC version, but I would cast my vote for console. I'm, clearly, ignorant to all sides of this question. Based on my own experiences with every other Diablo game: the fact that this game is not still insanely popular with a massive hardcore online community means that something went wrong. This is not the way Diablo has been before.
Plus, drop-in cou...
Yup. Huge plus for the system. Also, that low power state lasts soooooo long.
I'd also recommend Toro's Friend Network for new Vita owners. Definitly not because it's a good game. I don't even know if you'd call it a game. It's great because you can max out your friends list in a week. I prefer this because almost any game I play now has that added bonus of people filling up scoreboards. The Livearea screens also start filling up with information. I ...
I'm going to respectfully disagree with your comment with two points:
1) A spin-off is not a sell.
2) Microsoft became a recognized brand, and built the massive capital it has by NOT having a hardware division. Quite frankly, Microsoft got rich by their ethos of avoiding sale of hardware. This mentality can still work. Google, for the most part and until recently, has been using a similar approach to great effect. Android is doing in the mobile phone space what DOS and W...
Sensible.
Most users on this site seem to take these articles as "xbox will be shutting down," and then they proceed to go on a rampage. A spin-off of the brand has no guarantees... good or bad.
It wasn't too long ago that this was proposed for Sony as well. Sony's consumer electronics division has been (presumably) dragging Sony Inc. down for a good while now. If the division was to be spun off, then shareholders can get a better grip o...
Bubbles for the realistic human psych angle.
That is, indeed, the way many people operate.
I think the game looks pretty mediocre. Not everyone will see it that way, but that's how I see it. It's not game of the year material, but it won't be a bomb, either.
I'm a PlayStation fan, and I cannot wait to get my hands on my day one ps4. That said, here comes the blasphemy: this game looks, at least somewhat, similar to something l...
Hittin' up them console articles because of the lack of PC news? Hype jealousy I think.
PC gaming may be inherently better than console gaming, but PC gamers are not inherently better than console gamers.
I'm a console gamer, but if you put me in a 1v1 PC game, you had better not just talk the talk. The hours I've spent memorizing build patterns and micro management, or learning how to memorize three different item spawns using just the match cloc...
I think Tony-A just Tony-Told you. Ouch.
