Yeah, people need to realize how much Scorpio will still help people with a 1080p set. Supersampling, higher LOD, better textures, and other PQ enhancements are all separate from the 4K resolution. So is the extra enhancement of BC 360 games. Plus, one would be futureproofing their investment for when they may upgrade to a 4K TV. Considering that most people don't have computers with a GTX1080 or better, people on PC are not really going to get a better experience than with Scorpio. Will it be better on PC at Ultra? Probably, but you pointed out that the quote says we'll get an experience like never before, so I'm not sure why you assume that will be graphics-related. It could just as easily be something like exclusive VR support or exclusive content.
