Just wanted to point out that TLOU was on PS3, and some people don't play PC games.
Rechargeable batteries, a 4 pack with a charger, can be had for around $10. When one set is dead, throw them on the charger and put in the fresh set. You never need a usb cable and you don't have to buy/repair a controller like if a proprietary battery fails to charge. It is clearly better than internal.

Why was PS1 a success? Because when Sony slapped Nintendo in the face with the Play Station by demading that they own any game designed for the SNES add on, they turned around and bought the rights to games like Final Fantasy(which Square already showed running on an N64)in order to spite the competition.

I'd never buy a PS4. Matter of fact, I sold the one I got for free as a GS manager(thanks for the money $ony). I got screwed by way too many Sony electronics over the last 30 years to want anything to do with them. I hate the controller, don't like any of their exclusives except Uncharted, and the graphics don't matter that much either.

If Phil's statements weren't ambiguous(as I've already explained), we'd have the data we'd need in order to avoid conflict such as this. It's in Phil's CHOICE of words that such ambiguity resides, as they are open to interpretation.

Unfortunately, both Phil and Brad's statements are too ambiguous to accurately conclude anything. We know some DX12 PC improvements won't affect XB1 from Brad's recent TIC podcast, but he also admits he doesn't fully inderstand the hardware. They did just hire the guy who did the cinematics for the Gears games and every trailer has been in engine for the series. What do you want to bet, because of how good it's going to look, that an in engine trailer would get labelled CGI by certain groups on this site though?

Xbox needs more exclusive games for the system to sell better. Timed exclusives only do a little in this regard.
To your point, no games should be exclusive. I don't need a different Bluray player for each studio's movies, and some players play the same movies better than others. To be fair, PC has always been like this as well.
