It's not that I love MS... It's that I like Sony less.

He doesn't even want to talk about the article either.

This is an article about Bethesda showing on the same day as MS. Not really sure why you're talking about Sony in here. New topic?

Fallout in native 4K and VR capability on Scorpio are likely candidates for Bethesda to show off, if you want to talk about the article instead.

Yeah, I think that's a really good point, Edmix.

Dragon Age did several smaller open world type areas with good results. I could see that since the story of Mass Effect typically moves between locations as well as through time, like DA:I does, several smaller completely open worlds could still function well though. You are right that Mass Effect could never really work like GTA does, in one big open world.

GTA disagrees with you. Few games have as great a story as GTA does. Mafia has great stories too.

Mass Effect is usually a 50-60 hour game too if you complete everything.

I agree, story and combat are well done in the Mass Effect games. I'm cautiously optimistic about Andromeda because it's a lot of new people, but that could be a good thing in the long run considering how flat the last Dragon Age was.

Overload, you should change your name to Oversight.

His tweet says, "I'm not announcing new games on Twitter tonight." That sounds nothing like no new IP AT ALL.

I have a feeling that the Playground open world game will debut as a MS exclusive, and MS has hinted at Mech Assault returning too.

15 years working for them, and I couldn't agree more. My customers all hated being at the store when my DM came around and they all saw how much LESS customer oriented I was when I followed Gamestop's rules. The irony is that I was always a top 25% store until they made us more "customer oriented", then people just felt pressured into sales and services while the employees were under constant threat of job loss for underperformance. No one was happy at that point.

Overload said, "Another reality, I do more to promote Xbox around here...".

"IN" another reality, maybe, but certainly not this one. Thanks for confirming to all of us just how delusional you really are!

PS fanboys say so (biggest reason)
Their games aren't "exclusive" anymore (consumer choice is bad)
They don't support VR yet because they believe it's immature technology (it is)

Signs they're successful?

They run a profitable business with software and services for Xbox
They are releasing a mid gen console to compete with the Pro
They are releasing more new games than last year

Speaking of Kinect, Amunra, how many of the peripherals Sony developed are now being used for robotics, surgeries, ghost hunting, or other fantastic uses? I don't like Kinect for gaming at all, matter of fact I don't even use the one I was given with my free XB1 for Cortana. My point is that MS is still selling Kinects to creative people coming up with practial applications that make all of our lives better. All Sony seems to do with it's ideas is take a poor fools' money t...

Nice list! I'm sure there's still more but it's too hard to remember them all, lol!

I know you forgot:

PS2 HDD
PSP Go
PS Home
PS Eye
BC
Linux

Seriously though, should we even still call it PS Now? PS Later seems more fitting, considering it's being all but abandoned.

Who wants to play old games like this on their new consoles when we can play games like Skate 4 instead... oh yeah, there is no Skate 4.

BC = Value (once again)

King, The system should have been Kinect optional when it launched, but it wasn't. It's not fair to say that the system itself cost $500 though. When MS removed Kinect, the XB1 cost the same as PS4. No one was paying more for less, because the Kinect had cost associated with it. Me, I got my XB1 for free as a Gamestop manager and I 've never hooked Kinect up once. It's not my thing, so it didn't add value to me, and I wouldn't have bought XB1 until it had no Kinec...

I could never get over Barry "investigating" the blood in the original RE. Only Chuck Norris could investigate anything by simply rubbing his beard for hours!

To those defending Space Ranger, you guys are right to say that Automatic79 is bias as well. I am too. The difference is that the bias towards PS4 is accepted while any bias towards XB1 is made fun of by the likes of you guys. Seriously, none of you find any problem with Space Ranger starting the MS trolling with things like the, "world's most powerful console" comment (from MS' Scorpio reveal)? Or that they "play" better when they would really only look a litt...

It's an interesting theory Big Gamers, but it's a bit premature to call an XB1 version confirmed. It's certainly plausable, considering your anecdotal evidence, but we'll have to wait for more information to confirm if an XB1 version even exists.
