I found it to be the most enjoyable multiplayer experience to date. IMHO of course, but I really liked what the nanosuit brought to the table with strategy.
I liked how the dog tags prevented people from running up killstreaks by camping.
I think melee was well balanced (one hit is NOT a kill if Armor is engaged). Melee is a useful tool however, which I like, because it promotes in-your-face aggressive gameplay over campy styles.

Don't believe the hype. Any graphical advantages will be evolutionary, not revolutionary. It is not like developers will find huge amounts of untapped code/power.

Use the wired ethernet connection. The wireless is the issue. I went from 100% freeze to 100% awesome.
Same happened to me with the original Mass Effect. It got shelved for a few months for Fallout 3. When I went back to Mass Effect I loved it. It was my number one game till ME2 came out.
