I hope they still include the slow moments of the game, because those were the ones that truly captured my imagination and heart. The action was all cool and great, but I really loved the mysterious and emotional the most.
Kribwalker, you don't post news, you report them. Just thought you might want to know this as you are a reporter. Oh wait, maybe you are a poster. You should know the distinction, because this is what reporting news means:
Reporting:
"The media shall take care to report news truthfully, accurately and fairly. 1.2. News shall be presented in context and in a balanced manner, without any intentional or negligent departure from the facts whether by distortion...
Biohazard's take on Dead by Daylight or some type of king of the hill game? What do the kids call it nowadays... Battle Royale! Like the movie from Japan which was great by the way.
I remember the days! You probably know this, but this was because games were only physical and went gold a month or so before release to get the cartridges / CDs out there for retailers to sell. The supply routes and logistics also took a week or more.
I remember reading these magazines in stores and subscribing to some of them from 9000km away when I was a kid in the 80s and early 90s. It was super exciting time to dream about the games then when all you had was a few chos...
Hahaha!
This is a brilliant little game! Quite deep, actually.
Yes! They could have, but then zelda daddies and mommies can't play on big tv, and kiddies have to play old DS and start giving tantrums. Nobody likes tantrums, so they invented Switch Lite.
Lite is for commuters (you see these in Japan, South Korea and China) and for kids in the West where daddies want to play AAA games on a big telly.
How about full screen mode, DLSS and ray tracing enabled at 4K? Would be great to see also 1080p, 1440p and 1800p with those settings (DLSS + Full Screen.)
I thought Arbiter's Seal's writing was significantly below Ogre Battle and Ivalice series. With this the story also was something I cannot enjoy, as I'm for the mature contents such as politics and betrayal.
Matsuno-san created something that hasn't been and probably never will be surpassed in terms of lore and writing, and story. The only title I haven't played from his story arc is the Ogre Battle 64, but it wasn't directly created by him.
Why did this happen? It was 9.3 among 35 reviewers and then I refresh the page 3hrs later and it was 6.8. Where did that rush come from suddenly???
I guess that's how opinions work! Mine is entirely the opposite of yours. I think the environments are bland, gameplay and mechanics underwhelming, art direction extremely uninspiring and dull, and cannot really see anything here but a game around 60/100 metacritic score. The first screenshots put me off already. Essentially, Code Vein seems like an anime-esque empty and hollow shell you see quite the lot today. (And I like anime, but only the good stuff!)
"BSoD Gaming used an i7 8700k at 5.0Ghz with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GTX 1080Ti."
You have to understand that the system this is working between 20-60fps on 4K is around 3x the PS4 Pro GPU power, and the CPU difference is probably more than ten fold advantage for the i7 compared to the Jaguar CPU, plus the faster and bigger RAM and VRAM. And these emulators need a lot from CPUs. So roughly, you'd need around 5-8 PS4Ps to run this, because the CPU has more im...
This is great news!!
It's a pure coincidence, but because it happened it feels real and that you are in the center of it. But you are not! :P
You were thinking of two great games, by the way!
While I love the Yakuza games, they don't have nearly as much spoken dialogue, their scope is always similar to the ones before while adding a few new areas.
It seems you like game stores more than games themselves.
Hopefully it's the WoW until third expansion and Diablo 1 & 2 + Expansions they are looking at, and not the latter WoW Expansions and D3!
Yeah, but the original MGS was just something the world hadn't seen when it released. It was a way beyond the original games he made thus far (although Policenauts is supposed to be really good as well) by being a fully 3D story driven stealth-action game with incredible amount of outcomes and gameplay variations that came out of the confined spaces of Shadow Moses island. It was just an entirely new way to play and experience a story at the time and was simply mind-blowing when it came o...
The name comes from the title Ryu Ga Gotoku, which was changed to Yakuza for western releases. Ryu Ga Gotoku means "Like a dragon" and that is what all of the "Yakuza" games are called in Japan. They have no idea that in the West they are called Yakuza. In fact, they even think it's weird, because there are Kenzan and Ishin games which have nothing to do with the mafia itself. This is probably one of the reasons why they weren't released in the West.
