Thanks for the heads up! I'm glad we have such a reliable Sony employee on N4G who tells us everything before they happens.

Are those games capable of running almost full-scale destructibility? I love those games (haven't played R:FOM, can't comment on that), but saying that MAG has good graphics is ridiculous. KZ2 looks great, but again, no destructibility (other than bits of stone falling off pillars) and no vehicles. I know BeastlyRig is trolling, or being a douche at the very least, but hey, it's the truth.

Oh, my apologies, didn't see his edit.

That's why you're supposed to read articles instead of passively skimming through them.

It's a sarcastic article...

I except I find that Call of Duty multiplayer, in many instances, is quite broken.

In UC3, it takes at least 1.5 seconds for a grenade to explode. The radius for grenade blasts are also decreased quite a bit from UC2. The reason that people in turrets die from grenades a lot is because they have a very limited field of view, and the body of the turret obscures quite a bit of the screen, making the grenade symbols harder to see.

There's quite a bit of time to roll or jump away. I've never had an instance in which I knew that a grenade landed near me and I didn't have enough time to react.

I strongly disagree with the grenades. If the person hates the grenades in Uncharted 3, he must not have played Uncharted 2 pre-patch. Uncharted 3's grenades are balanced, IMO. They're great tactical devices.

Reminds me of Radec Academy in KZ2 with 32 players...

*shudders*

Really? Please, enlighten us with your extensive expertise of modern big-budget game development. I'd much rather trust a recognized developer than some guy on the internet, personally.

Just pick out someone in the WWE, they have quite a bit of acting experience :P

Obviously, you have no idea what I'm talking about. Headshots in MGO kill in one shot from any weapon at their respective ranges. Good on paper, but when you add the large amount of recoil on guns, along with the crazily fast turning speed, it just becomes a matter of you can lay off the first shot to win gun fights. Imagine SWAT mode on Halo Reach except you can spin around and duck under a cardboard box at the speed of 6 times per second.

:/

I liked MGO for a while, but, damn, it's ironically just a twitch shooter. Because of the headshot system, people only need to spin around, point their camera at your head and pop a shot off to kill you. The game had a great foundation, but went off to the wrong direction.

I'm still waiting on my impossible PC version of RDR. Oh the modding possibilities on that...

Ah, my bad, thanks for clearing that up.

@evrfighter

That has to be one of the most ignorant comments I've heard. It's much easier to pirate on PCs rather than consoles, not to mention they don't require a mod chip or anything, nor any means to transfer from a PC to the console. Yeah, steam sales are great, but most AAA single player games on PC are pirated a lot.

Obivously I can't have statistics, but most of the obnoxious children I've encountered on Xbox Live, after checking their accounts, happened to be American.

These "restriction on your rights," as you put it, are completely justified. If you say that there shouldn't be any age restrictions for video games, can't someone say the same for alcohol and play it off as the same thing? What about gambling? Strip clubs? These restrictions are here for a rea...
