If I ever get the Signature Edition, I will jizz in my pants and burst into tears shortly after. It's just so beautiful. *Sheds Tears*
Just Cause 2 and Mercenaries 2 are prime examples of why for some games, story doesn't matter. Does are games that focus on one thing and one thing only: fun. Other games, however, must have a great story to compliment their incredible gameplay anyways. Think of MGS4. It is my all time favourite game. If it didn't have the incredible story it did, it would still be a fantastic game, but not the masterpiece it is rightfully dubbed to be. Uncharted 1/2, Mass Effect 1/2, they are all com...
I just hope that there's an option to make the screen move with the reticle, as the current way you aim isn't very appealing to me. It just feels too different from the regular way you aim. On topic: SOCOM and Move look incredible. The aiming was flawless: there weren't any shaky motion on the sreen, and everything looked smooth. Can't wait to get my hands on Move and SOCOM along with the other amazing games coming out on the PS3.
Do you even know what MGS's story is all about? That game is so bloody story oriented, it seems like it was written by J.R. Tolkien. The story is interwoven with everything being connected to another. The ending of MGS4 makes people cry, if they followed the story of all the games. Even the fact that Snake is a clone makes him age faster, it's not a random process. Once the people at Kojima Productions created MGS4, they created a masterpiece. It's not only my favourite game on th...
I know how the Wii works, and how it plays. I had one until I traded it to get a PS3. Games Call of Duty: World at War were imprecise and aggravating after an extended period of playing. You would get cheaply killed because of imprecisions. Also, the Wii would make it so the screen stopped moving if the controller got even just above the pointing radius. Move tracks movements outside the radius, and basically everywhere the sphere is detected. All the Tech Demos of Move prove its superiority....
Except that Move is getting real hardcore game support. Its precision and accuracy cannot be matched by the Wii, nor Kinect. SOCOM 4 and KZ3 are just examples of great games that are using Move properly. Kinect has no hardcore game support, and Wii's support is minimal. I'm not saying that the Wii doesn't have great games, I'm just saying that the amount of real, core gamers' games are low. I don't expect Nintendo to revolutionize their own finished product either. It ...
Sounds great. Chains of Olympus was an incredible addition to the PSP library, and I have no doubt that this will be too, especially with the info given here.
I personally think that Move is a great step for Hardcore motion sensing. I mean, the controls are so precise, it would give you the edge in an online match with the precision of a mouse setup. I was very skeptical about Move too, but I believe Sony has really catered to the hardcore on this one.
Alright, thanks a lot, I got it!
Great, but how do I get another one?
Ugh, the same thing happened to me, but I made the mistake of going back and trying it again. Now the code isn't being accepted as it was already used and my chance at the Beta is gone. If there is any way to get the code, I'd really appreciate some help.
I agree completely.
This is going to blow every FPS out of the water. There isn't any way in the world that I'd miss this. Hell, I can't believe we're getting such games these two years. Infamous 2, GT5, LBP2, KZ2, Plus a while bunch of other games that are yet to be shown. Sony's definitely letting gamers get their money's worth.
I'm not defending MS here, but SONY did the same thing for Assassin's Creed 2 marketing. On topic, though, this game looks like crap. As a huge fan of the Metal Gear Solid series, I'm severely disappointed. What happened to the stealth gameplay? Now we can just cut people in half? Nice move, Konami & Kojipro.
It definitely shows that you're desperate when the only hook to your conference is celebrity appearances. Sony's conference on the other hand... now THAT will be a treat.
Some random fanboy/troll is giving disagrees to everyone. Looks like jealousy at its finest.
It just seems to get better and better. I can't wait for this game. Wait, not a game, a work of art.
It is in LBP 1.
Also, BF:BC2 requires more skills than MW2. There is a slight weighty feeling, and the guns lose their accuracy when continuously fired without stopping.
Lucky European gamers... :(
I wish I could get the Signature Edition. It's simply beautiful. But for now, I'm getting the Collector's Edition. Stupid Canada. I love you but hate you at the same time.
Can someone please convince me to spend the extra $40 for the Collector's Edition? Having a bit of self doubt on whether it's worth the money or not.
