Uncharted actually creates technical breakthroughs and amazing Hollywood-style stunts without having to resort crappy gaming mechanics and no change in gameplay at all. Also, the single player is phenomenal and decently lengthy and replayable, unlike Call of Duty which only relies on its thoughtless (although mildly amusing) multiplayer.
Except one is actually claiming to render "Modern Warfare."

Critically acclaimed doesn't necessarily mean good. A lot of critics only look for what's beneath the movie, failing to judge whether the movie was enjoyable as a whole or not.
I still maintain that MGS4 was a true masterpiece. I still remember all of the truly emotional moments, all the cinematic dialogues. "I'm not a hero... never was, never will be." The story was on par with the other MG's, as well. The only reason it seems like it's bad was because it was based farther into the future, a much grander scale than the previous iterations, and made into an amazing set piece.
That needs to be trademarked ASAP.

I don't find the point in a HD version of Windwaker. The beauty about Cell-Shading is that it looks good and doesn't require fancy models. It's simple and clean, HD would just remove the jaggies which really aren't a problem, IMO.

A game doesn't have to be politically incorrect to be fun or ballsy. I'd rather have an artistic, well crafted game which is fun over a game whose best part is picking up a piece of crap and throwing it.
