The gentleman interviewed really didn't want to give a definitive answer to the difficulty question, and he's right, it's all about the person playing it in some aspects.
Still no mentioning on the stealth aspect of the game. He mentioned briefly the re-tuning of the detection system, which I can only assume was in reference to the guards ability to spot you/find you. What have they done to the stealth aspect as a whole to counter-balance it?
Have they included...
I'm pretty sure the stunt will also unlock if you bounce back an enemys RPG shots back at them. Just remember it has to be the shot from the RPG that takes them down. Try getting as close as possible for the best results.
Good background on were the team is coming from in regards to Ezio.
Sounds like we will be beginning this as a new assassin right with Ezio in this chapter of the franchis. As apposed to the predecessor, which saw Altier being stripped of his abilities earlier on to be relearned as the game progressed.
Yes, it does lack the flash of God of War, or the charm of a Final Fantasy, but that's part of its allure.
It's not a game that is meant to visually impress or make the player feel empowered. You play an ordinary man doing extraordinary feats.
It's a pure test of personal fortitude, patience and skill that in the end leaves you with a deep sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
Kratos brings down a cyclopes. Child's play. A normal man brings...
I'm not sure I agree with the author of this article.
Yes we know these are great games and they will sell well and they each bring something different (Although I don't count natal as a game but rather a platform)
However, I would only classify a hand-full as being "trend setters" or games that will revolutionize the industry.
To be more blunt: The industry is molded by what's popular and what sells. Games like Halo and God of War are ...
That was a nice read.
It's always nice to get a baring on a company's philosophy on business and how they plan on doing it in a failing economy. Sony seems to take pride in their conviction and seem confident that it will weather them through this troubling time.
They mentioned alot of improvements from the first but from what I've looked up about the game and from the E3 demo I saw being performed I must ask; What about the stealth aspect of the game?
The first grazed the surface of what a crowd based stealth action game could be. Given some love and care I think it could have prospered, not to say that it hasn't. However, the emphasis on this game seems to be on the new combat mechanics.
So far the only things I hav...
No, you're not the only one. It isn't my cup of tea as well, mostly because I couldn't get into the multiplayer aspect and unfortunately that's the most expansive part of the game.
I think Activision made a mistake making the comments about support public.
I understand that Activision wants their bottom line to increase, however Sony has to keep in mind their own bottom line. A price drop before Sony is good and ready to do it will spark trouble down the road financaily.
Now Activision has placed themselves into a corner. They know they can not flat out stop putting out games on Sony's platforms because if they are not putting out games t...
Actually Level 5 was working on Dragon Quest IX(9) for the DS, due out this July in Jp.
As far as I know, the developer of Dragon Quest X(10) for the Wii system is still unknown.
You know I've always known about that trick, but I tended to use the Jp glitch more often since some classes take to long to actually master (I.E Summoner and Black Mage). That be a "used to" since I realized I was cheating myself the experience.
So I just caught my 99 Chaos blades from Ninja's...and my 99 Chirijiradan...99 Epic Lances...99 Masamunes...99....
I also hope that its for the original PS1 release of the game.
If the Xbox 360 copy of this game is already 2 months along before the release of the Ps3 copy that just says to me that they are making sure that both are equilized before the innitial release.
I am a huge fan of this game, but that being said it wasn't without it's fair share of problems.
The first lacked a story with substance almost to the point were you didn't care about what faith was doing or why. As others have said, a deeper story would be nice.
The "trial and error" methodology of the game was counter intuitive to the "go with the flow" gameplay style. I hope that will be addressed.

Yes most seem to forget that the reason why MGS3 was exclusive to the PS2 was the fact that when MGS2 was released on the Xbox...nobody bought it.
However in all fairness that was the least liked of the franchise because of the switch from Solid Snake to the unknown character...Raiden. Kind of makes you think.
I agree. These flame bait articles are getting ridiculous.
On topic....Microsoft "stole" the exclusive? Nonsense. They payed good money for it XD.
For those of you that didn't spend enough money on a new game and the peripheral itself, there's downloadable content.
No. For the love of ancestores everwhere...please...no multiplayer.
Not every games needs multiplayer. Some games shouldn't even HAVE multiplayer.
They need to just make a good solid single player experience and from what I saw they are on their way.
I was upset at the utter arrogance of the Forza developer, as if Aaron Greenburge was promting him from backstage.
If he was truly confidant in his product he would not need to try so hard to sway me.
hm. We'll see.
I honestly can't believe such a nice article hasn't had a single comment. While a pathetic article involving slanderous and juvenile opinion gets more attention.
Yes, I agree with what the gentle said and his personal view of the situation. However, he off-handedly pointed out the problem when he mentioned "Mainstream" games.
It's a business as much as we like to think otherwise. Popularity is the name of this game, and while some games shine a glimm...
