My theory is...Sony will not block used games. They probably want MS to think it could happen more than not, so MS go ahead and announce the blocking of used games at E3...then Sony will announce they won't!
Sony will then welcome all players with open arms...biggest bluff ever!! :)

The next generation seems to be a different ball game than this current generation.
Developers have mostly gotten what they asked for in the PS4.

I just looked Sir Ian Livingstone up on Wiki. He is a well respected industry veteran and received recognition for his services to the industry a few years back. I'm inclined to believe MS could actually do what Edge magazine (UK) have reported.
Microsoft never really cared about the core gamer...this is what you get for supporting a paid to play on-line system (Xbox Live) and you have encouraged an already greedy organization to become even more greedy.

People who were disappointed Sony didn't show the PS4 console at the Sony Event would be saying the total opposite if Sony had shown it in full...they would probably say....
'Why did Sony show everything at the reveal...now they have nothing to surprise me with at E3 and MS will clean up'.

Gamers who want PS4 (myself included) are receiving this kind of rhetoric from the PC community and we don't like it, so let Xbox fans have their moment. It's only fair, and less Wii U hate also...

@Irishguy95...thanks for being polite in your reply to me, and I agree 60fps is way better than 30fps.
However, I am not entirely sure Ram has any major impact on frame rates...Is that not something the CPU/GPU handles?
...PS3 runs on 256MB VRAM and I never read anywhere that that was the main deciding factor of 30fps over 60fps...correct me if I'm wrong.

Only PC gamers crow on about 60FPS....In fact if it wasn't for them, most console gamers wouldn't care or notice.
It's possible KZ can run at 60/1080p...but this is a launch game and like many launch titles, it won't afford the luxury of extra development time.
Killzone is penned to launch with PS4...Interested in how long it's been in development...prob since KZ3 released..maybe?

We're lowly console gamers are we not? ...so why PC users are flocking the nest is funny in itself...We 'Console' gamers have waited 7 long years for high end games normally reserved for top spec PC's...so go play Crysis 3 on ultra and be happy!

Anyone would think this is a bad thing....physical media is the best option for the consumer IMO.
After 7 years of current hardware, it can never be too soon to show PS4 hardware...
Sony showed just enough to get tongues wagging...and the E3 event will be the real revelation.
Look it's really quite simple...
There is a community of elitist PC gamers who pride themselves on having (in their opinion) 'The Holy Grail' of hardware....So, When anything mass market and affordable console is on par or close to that power, and bags the likes of 'Blizzard' and other notable PC developers they feel threatened.
It's quite ludicrous, but hey.
Don't get me wrong..my Wife is a gamer and likes LA Noire/Heavy Rain/Uncharted story driven game styles, even has her own PS3...
And yeh, kids n' games together is cool....we'll probably have more than 1 brand of console in the house by then. But in terms of my own selfish 'fanboy' driven hobby that is videogames..PS4 will be 'my' last console.
