They may show a snippet of CGI renders/shots of the console, discuss the PSN service/Gaikai and will (likely) announce some big games....
....but in the interest of E3/TGS, and not shooting your load too early (we see you peeping MS!) ...don't expect raw in game footage of PS4 games or you'll be sorrily disappointed.

The Bad Company series is the superior FPS (at least on consoles). BF3 was too ambitious for current gen.
Showing off the PC version 1st, then selling us a poor man's console version wasn't very clever either.
It (BF3) was always going to be compared to high end PC's.

It's my understanding these new consoles will be multitasking beasts...
It's not impossible for Sony to include a download whilst you play system so that the games levels are cached before you reach them...

Imagine playing the 1st level of the streamed (ps3) game, whilst the 2nd level is (background) downloaded to eliminate latency issues?

..of course it's 'REAL' ...Sony would do serious damage to its image if no PS4 revelations tonight.
The prices are speculative and are based on launch window only, the price of software will decrease after the minimum install has been met...

Gaikia, cross game chat and some aspects of the social media e.g. games uploading will be part of the PS+ benefits..MP will remain free and expect the free2play (planetside/day z etc) model/micro transactions to be heavily pushed next gen.

Conceptually, Destiny has me excited for the future of the FPS.
However, a 10 year scalable engine further cements the fact that the leap from current gen to the next is less substantial than that of the last gen....
Most developers engines are optimized and improved upon gradually anyway, but this seems more telling....Crytek have been harping on about no discernible differences in the 1st generation of next gen software.

If the Next Box is Kinect-centric, MS will doom themselves...but Xbox fans would rather defend the console to the point of bordering on ridiculous.
I think it's safe to assume PS Move 2.0 will be a side dish to the main course, where MS wants to make Kinect the main course.

It's just a case of the more they do, the more they break...look at Cellphones as an example, remember when your basic camera less phone was reliable...now most these smartphones freeze up or turn off...
Aww my wonderful cartridge based SNES still works since 1992...come to think of it, I do believe (historically) Nintendo make the most reliable hardware ;)

Neither Killzone tells a good story..yes graphically Guerilla games are exceptional, but they lack decent character design and storytelling skills...
I buy KZ games because it's brainless space based shooting action that looks and feels good...but they should bring professional writers and character designers to KZ4 and stick to coding the awesome engines they create.
