To be fair, there a few games that remain relevant beyond their successive sequels. New writers and designers should be brought in for future releases to keep things fresh...

...Crysis 3 is more than playable on PS3...The frame rate is obviously lower than a £800 - £1,000 top spec PC...but please don't misinform people that Crysis 3 is unplayable on the sub £200 PS3.
I have played Crysis 3 (Highest settings/V sync off) on PC, and the PS3 version 'by comparison' is very respectable considering it's 7 year old hardware with a fraction of the power
I like all the Crysis games...smashes COD games on a technical level and Prophet is a more appealing character than faceless master chef 4.
Crysis 3 is awesome on PS3.

Vita is doing okay...only 1 year old, and according to some it's doomed.
Besides the awesome titles coming to vita this year, the PS4 will extend its use to the point where some may purchase Vita just to remote play PS4 games from the comfort of their bed.

TBH I'm not crazy about AC series anymore... AC3 had a nice concept, but the execution was poor.
Heavenly Sword 2 will come to PS4...The fans want it, regardless of any developers opinion. The IP belongs to Sony, and they could hand it over to any developer for duties if they so choose.

PlayStation being my main choice of console (have 360 also), I can see this 4k thing as merely a marketing tool i.e 'Our console does this' ...of course it is completely unnecessary

Yes Sony are a bunch of suits just like Microsoft..the one stand out difference is Sony actually care about games as a medium...Microsoft are the equivalent of the 'International Bankers' of Video games...

No, no...NO! it is not game exclusivity...it is DLC only....far as I'm aware EA sells more (BF3/Fifa) on PS3, you think the greedy buggers would be that dumb?!
..And who gives a rats tutu for DLC (except GTA series)....I have never ever found a game to significantly improve with DLC ....games like COD/BF3 have been purchased like 2.5 times by the same consumers...in the UK COD/BF3 is £40...then you get suckered into paying 5 instalments of £11.99 for DLC maps/pe...
If EA charge for levels already on the disc, people will boycott their games...I don't mind having a choice in paying for something extra if I want to, but not if that content is integral to completing the game.
8-10x power is good enough for me..I'm still trying to get my head around how they got Crysis 3 to run off 256mb vram.
