What the? I thought you were Solid Snake. :/
Whether you agree with an article or not is irrelevant to approving it.
It's an opinion piece and should be approved as such.
Open Zone is that way >>>>>>
As for the review, I felt it was entirely reasonable and more balanced than some of the others I've read over the last 24hrs.
Personally I can't wait to get my hands on this one, testing camera and all! :)
I agree mate. I felt that both IGN and CVG justified there scores effectively. As for GamesRadar, well the reviewer just seems to have trouble with accepting such a hardcore game rather than justifying the 7/10.
That's probably the best copycat of Yahtzee I've seen and yet it had something important to say!
This game looks stupidly beautiful for a Disney title!
Yeah I was thinking it might be an artist's in-joke. It definitely looks like six unless as I said she has a super sized thumb!
I really don't understand this. We live in a global economy where increasingly localisation should not be an issue. Not happy Kaz! :(
Introversion's games are always so unique and this one is no different. It was a great game on PC as was DEFCON and Uplink.
The Spanish daughter left all the others for dead.
Great game that I played way too much of. I would of given it a 8.5-9 personally, but that could just be the rum talking...
It looks like six because the shadow at the top of finger 5 is abruptly cut off. And in the case that finger 5 is her thumb, it's the longest damn thumb I've ever seen and I have no idea how she's holding that lollypop!
Stranger's wrath was incredible.
Check out the gamer zone <<<<<<<
It's probably the most unique shooter/adventure I've played.
Stranger's Wrath was fantastic. I just wish MS would sort out backwards compatibility or put it on Xbox Originals so I could play it again!
Xboxkings is a joke even if they were raising a valid question I can't take them seriously.
I read the GamesRadar review yesterday and at the time was very surprised that two out of the three pages was dedicated to complaining about the difficulty and the most sadistic of developers, Itagaki.
The fact they gave it 7/10 doesn't bother me, it's a review and that means it's subjective.
And given the fact I adore the NG franchise I'm sure my own personal re...
... because Star Wars always sells! lol
But seriously I completely agree. I would love to see them focus their energies on the Mass Effect universe and their upcoming Dragon Age, but I guess with EA comes licensed products. :(
GTAIV whether you like it or not has set a new scoring benchmark for reviewers and everything will be reviewed in comparison to that (hype and all). I would've loved to see MGS4 released before GTAIV and we may of had a reversal of fortunes with MGS4 getting a Metacritic rating of 98%.
As it stands 4 of the 7 early reviews are from Official Playstation magazines which all give it a perfect 10. And whilst I suspect MGS4 will be the better game I think we can expect a Metacritc ave...
I think you only need to look at the initial widespread reaction to Nintendo's announcement of the Wii, the glut of FPS games, or the reaction towards Rare's recent unveiling of Banjo Kazooie 3.
They all illustrate that whilst not all core gamers are against innovation the level of resistance to substantial changes, particular to established franchises and genres, is depressingly high.
Yeah not MGS4, that looks ridiculously good!
I meant MGS as in "Microsoft Games Studio". lol
But how stupid are Microsoft for allowing this to happen!
It's one of their much touted exclusives and they allow journalists to review a copy that all parties concerned are aware of having significant frame rate issues. Incredibly disappointed in MGS. :(
Good question.
