Yep I hear ya... Luckily I post their Unconfirmed List to! lol
It's got Alan Wake, Halo Chronicles, Mass Effect 2 and Dead Rising 2 on the list amongst others... but no LaNoire (isn't that a PS3 title?).
Anyways here's the other list if you haven't found it already, its way more controversial I think...

I'm from Australia and this site is officially endorsed as a "Friend of Microsoft" at Xbox.com (see here: http://www.xbox.com/en-AU/c...
I often post their articles because they have a uniquely Australian perspective on the industry and are a very v...
It's their list their rules I guess!
Anyways I enjoyed the list, it got me thinking about a lot of titles I had forgot or didn't know anything about... hence I posted it. :)
And if they don't, I want them to put the poor bloke out of his delayed development misery!
I'm pretty certain they're talking console exclusives mate, because half that list may inevitably go to the PC.
Mate I couldn't agree more, for me personally I'm really looking forward to Fable 2, Banjo and Left 4 Dead. I agree with your sentiments about Gears 2. It's well on track to be a very nice upgrade, but compared to those other titles I just don't find it as interesting or innovative.
And hell yeah... Rare's back! :)
EDIT: @Pirate
All good mate. I was worried you were saying that hot thing in leather was horrible! lol
As for Rare. Go back and ...
Do you mean the game or the protagonist?
I just hope Fable 2 takes the spotlight away form the limelight hogging Gears 2... they've only got the one big shooter this year and I can't see them letting anybody forget about it! :(
@ Bubbles
That'd be Peter Moore who's now head of EA Sports. Although I'd love to see J Allard return for Microsoft, doing his best wigger - "I'm hip and on the down-low" corporate America - a coming on stage with a big ass COG tag on his arm! lol
Dead Rising 2 would be sweet particularly with some coop craziness, but if Microsoft don't show Alan Wake this E3 they should put him to sleep permanently!
Well you should read the article then cause they put Fable 2 ahead of Gears 2!
I have no idea about this stuff, it's just not my thing.
But this ad for the game has to be one of the funniest I've seen in a long time... http://gloob.tv/games/drago...
Well put! :)
He's a kid who at 11 or 12 is showing a remarkable propensity for modeling and design. Some people may laugh, but that was the best design job interview I've seen in a very long time.
If he keeps it up he may very well find what some write of as "sad", "lame" or "gay" is actually the path to a dream job in the games industry to design games for the ignorant fools deriding him right now.
Who stated: "It was civil for 3 comments super, then it got all bat crazy."
Yeah entirely predictable sadly. :(
I hate the title, but the article itself is an excellent and well reasoned read that is essentially a call to arms for all gamers to embrace competition and the console wars as a good thing and something that in the long run will benefit us all.
If you're a PS3 gamer you'll be spoilt with more XMB, trophies, universal voice chat and Home as a result, which in turn will benefit 360 gamers who will either get new features or a free online experience... and so the cycle will continu...
For a balanced comment like that coming from a huge Sony fan like yourself.
When you said the following:
"its like they built the ferrari but put a volkswagon golf engine under the bonnet"
I couldn't have put it better myself.
I often refer to my PS3 as a Ferrari, but it's just a shame Sony failed to give it the horsepower to run all 12 cylinders. In fact it's strange given how relatively cheap RAM is that all consoles don't pack ...
It's a brave article, and the idea for a RAM expansion (if functional) would only make the PS3 even better for developers and gamers alike. :)
Now lets see if we can keep this debate civil... o_0
It'll be a hell of lot more fun to quote you, if the game isn't half as bad as some claim! :)
Now it gets serious. It doesn't have to explain everything it just needs to do a Bioshock and get people wanting more.
Fingers crossed that the co-op is included and they give us some higher level characters to play around with! :)
Don't give up yet! :)
Molyneux has repeatedly expressed a desire to ressurect three key franchise. Magic Carpet (perfect for FPS consoles), Syndicate (imagine it with today's online multi), and Dungeon Keeper (as an MMO?).
Lets hope Fable 2 is a massive success and gives him some more financial and creative freedom to make them a reality. :)
Does that mean we should assume the same from Konami and Square Enix?
Or does your logic not work both ways?
