I don't see why it would make more sense for SE to release KH3 on PS4 rather than on Project Cafe, afterall, you say that releasing it on project cafe would be riskier since it does not have an install base, wouldn't that also apply to the PS4 as well? When I said bad for the industry, it's mostly related to CoD, which is being released every year with great success, so much success that many developers and publishers are basically trying to replicate the CoD experience (MoH and Homefront being two examples of that), which leads to less innovation as a whole.

Digital distribution is fine to me, as long as every game can be found on it, the problem with DD on the PSP is that many games are not on the PSN store (Lumines, KH:BBS, FF:CC to name a few) and some of them simply are unplayable (both GTA stories, and to make matters worse, Sony and Rockstar are completely unwilling to do anything about it).
