The actual physical PS3 is yours, do what you want with it. The software it runs on, and runs however is not yours, you simply paid for a licence to use it. Same with music and other software too, you don't own a tune because you paid for a copy of it, you simply paid for a licence to play it to your hearts content, the song still belongs to the artist/record label.
So yes you can do what you please with your PS3 but if you modify the software it runs on, you have breached the lic...
I certainly enjoyed it so I would say yes.
Dunno about fear 3 though, I mean how can it possibly be scary with co-op?
Yeah because the evidence isn't all over the internet.
Ford Fiesta's out sell BMW M3's by about 50:1.
Just sayin.
@commander
Bubble boy? I love that film lol
Can't say I loved the first one but I did really like it, I loved the track selection in it though, far more than the tracks in GT5, so this will be a day one for me.
As long as they don't Gimp it and turn it into a full on shooter. I think I only picked up a gun twice through the whole game. Kinda needed it near the end.
You could have just downloaded the theme tune free from the Playstation Store like I did. I loved Mirrors Edge and the theme tune too.
I agree, they could have just relaxed the restrictions a little rather than having no restrictions at all. They are far too easy now.
@nycredude
I wish I could agree with you twice, that is one of the most sensible things I have read on this site in a while.
Too close to call between Uncharted 2 and Half Life 2 for me.
I'm sorry but is this not kinda like a man with no arms complaining about how he cant wear a Rolex?
Not everything can be designed to be perfect for everyone, it's not discrimination, its just an unfortunate bit of bad luck.
There are loads of tracks from previous GT's that I'd love to see return, those are definitely 2 of them. Along with Seattle, Midfield, El Capitan and the Ricardo somebody Valencia circuit.
It did have rush mode. They have definitely changed both maps but not massively and mostly it was necessary because of the BC2 destruction engine. Can you imagine that big artillery cannon with destruction 2.0, there would be nothing left of the map within minutes!
I can see where you're coming from grailly, kinda makes me think of a car commercial.
Those would be my top 2 for a return, followed closely by El Capitan.
I agree with Imtey, 2009 was better. 2010 was good, but 09 was better. But 2011 is set up to blow both of them out the water!
He forgot loads of games, but hey, we'll forgive him it's still an epic list.
UK is 5 hrs ahead of eastern US time, so about 1am UK time. That's if it does start at 8pm their time like I read above.
I bought the game purely to use my move cause its been gathering dust. I have to say it is wierd, cause its definitely more fun with move but I still feel its a lot more accurate with a dual shock. But hey I got it for £4 odd with ps+ so as a fun time waster it is excellent. Does totally remind me of Counter Strike too which certainly isn't a bad thing.
