Are you not familiar with how racing works InTheKnow? What more objective do you need? and Pacing? What you on about, it's hardly a story driven action game is it? You race, you win, you destroy some other dudes on the way, thats all we need.
I was actually thinking that game reviewers should start marking games out of 9, since nothing is allowed to be a 10.

Actually Thom, I think you'll find they were "finished and could release any time" at E3 '09! So yes I agree with you that their excuses can't be trusted lol
There was an interview with Yamauchi San on GTplanet, and he says they're finished with the game and that this delay was Sony's decision not his and he apologised to us all.

I am a massive Killzone fan, played and loved all the games so far, but I don't have a platinum trophy. Purely because trophies mean nothing to me. It doesn't really change how good I am at a game, it just shows that some people have far too much time on their hands.
I swear I better get into this beta, and I solemly swear to give honest, un biased helpful feedback if I do get in ;D

My mum (yes I'm British) is 47, and I'm 29, and my brother has just turned 31. So not all mothers are old, and when our moms were that age it was perfectly acceptable to get married and have kids at 16-17. Obviously I'm pretty sure my brother was the only reason they got married though lol.

They could have at least called them 'Insurgent Rebels' or something, even that sounds better than 'Opposing Force'.
At the end of the day, we know who they're supposed to be anyway, but it still is kinda lame that was their unique selling point.
Just intereseted as to why my previous comment is getting disagrees. If it's because I said Nightmare's statement was correct then thats fine. But if you're disagreeing with me about Europe being a Continent, then I think you need some geography lessons.
In the UK (and Europe) F1 is just a little bit bigger than Halo.
I had it pre ordered but cancelled it because Socm got delayed. I'll definitely pick it up when Socom comes out.
I'm not really that interested in all the sports games purely because the room I keep my PS3 in is just not big enough for me to be standing up waving my arms around playing tennis ;-)

Played the demo and I have to say I was pleasently surprised, I was expecting another Dantes Inferno. But it's really really good! Definitely getting this. imho It doesn't quite top GOW3 but it's as close as it gets.
I loved the tune, I was actually gonna ask if anyone knew who it was so I could download it.

I have to say I'm with fallingdove here. And the strangest bit is, I was looking forward to Enslaved and until playing the demo I wasn't the least bit interested in Vanquish.
After playing the demos of both games, I did a 180. I thought the demo of Vanquish was awesome and the Enslaved demo put me right off it.
