While my first instinct is to say that almost a month has gone by for consumers to research the actual game I have to say that Steam shouldn't be getting to stringent with their return policy for NMS when they themselves STILL have the fake promotional videos up selling a product that in reality doesn't exist.
I'm pretty sure making lists is a new Scorpio feature.
Full list of people N4G is sick of...

It wasn't overlooked, but it definitely under delivered. After the departure of Bungie this series was been on a perpetual down slide. I expect the same for the Coalition with Gears of War 4... it will sell a few million units but nowhere near what the series once did as they ruin the franchise.
It's such a shame they decided to ruin horde mode by implementing gameplay mechanics found in every other online game. What made horde mode so unique is now gone... replaced with various classes that nobody asked for. After seeing the single player demos so far it was quite obvious that the Coalition was the next 343... taking a once amazing franchise and making something as average as possible.
Lists of dude-bros who make lists on N4G:
m4g1c14n aka Mt. Dew
Kingthrash360 aka Doritos
Well... I'd say Gears of War 4 has a lot in common as Disturbed.
Unless they are going to rewrite history with the inclusion of of Mt. Dew, Doritos and dude-bros I don't think modern audiences are going to be flocking to Battlefield 1 like other games in the series.
The only way Telltale can pull me back into the fold it to premiere a new engine... it's become ridiculous at this point and has ruined what would otherwise be some great new games in their catalog.
I think the most amazing thing about Mankind (minus all of the blatant last minute cash grabs and 5+ years of development) is how amazingly last-gen the game felt. It certainly has a nice polish but the actual game itself and mechanics feel like a remaster of Revolution rather than a new entry in the series.
Great character design for lead protagonist but the game itself looks terribly average... will be forgotten about within 2 weeks of release.
I have no doubt PSVR will do well this year but I am holding off until PS5 and the next iteration of VR tech. If that is a couple years from now so be it but I think the content quality will be severely lacking this generation. I look it as a long beta test before we get into the quality VR titles and those are nowhere to be seen.
I enjoyed the reboot at the time last generation but have to say that this next installment in the series felt really average, as if I was playing a remaster of a last gen game.
From the average looking campaign to the dumbed down horde mode revelations of the last few days I'd says Gears of Wars 4 might not look as good as you think.
As much as I love the design of the lead protagonist this game looks painfully average.
Yuck.. Sniper, engineer, soldier, scout, heavy? Gears of Overwatch. I knew Coalition was going to ruin this franchise like 343 did with Halo but at the very least I thought they couldn't possibly mess up horde mode. They took everything that made horde mode so unique and compelling away and turned it into every other team based shooter on the market. Gears was my last hold-out on the Xbox One but I knew this franchise was done which is why I sold the S 2TB last week. At this point the...
Translation... get ready for a lot of DLC we pulled from the game.
Nobody wanted Gears of Overwatch... after the dismal single player demos the only thing possibly holding this game anymore was horde mode and now they found a way to ruin that as well. Coalition = 343
A cold, lonely and empty space exploration game sounds great.... unfortunately all we got was an unsatisfying grind that is a waste of time.
I am absolutely blown away that they did not include a 4K blu-ray player, you have to think they just gave Microsoft a HUGE opening. My only thought is movies studios (like Sony) are not looking to physical media and will focus on a streaming future. My initial reaction is this was a huge mistake that Microsoft is sure to capitalize on in a big way over the holiday season. However, if studios decide to pass on putting their content on 4K discs to begin with it might not matter. Time will ...
