What do you get out of hating on a game you were never going to play? It's interesting because I've put in over 40 hours into the game and have found the plot to be far deeper than any AAA game I've played this year... I think people confuse deep level thinking with lack of plot because it isn't a by the numbers story at the same time the gameplay in my experience has been the most excited and varied I've played this generation. But by all means, I'm glad you get enj...
I knew he would post that list but the problem is that the majority of those "missing" features are actually in the game.
Honest question... I'm curious what the difference is on those with the game crashing vs those that have not? I am 42+ hours into the game and had the game crash 1 time the first hour of play... since then it's been smooth sailing. Not to say it's the case for you but I know a number of people running into constant crashing had been the result of those using "glitches" in the game like duplicating inventory by using previous game save. Too bad people are running into a...
I don't mean any malicious trolling when I say this but I don't understand why anybody in the history of mankind has ever traded in anything to Gamestop. Websites like Amazon and ebay have always been far better options when it comes to value. My routine over the years is that I pretty much pick up any new game that comes out that I'm interested in... thinking of it like a rental. If I love it great, if it wasn't worth the purchase I can easily put on either of those sites ...
Rather than telling something to "never go full retard" you might want to look into a few facts on what this article is actually talking about. Microsoft made a limited edition run of the 2TB variant, that is what is sold out... they are misleading with these reports saying it is "sold out" when in reality they made limited product to begin with. Hypothetically speaking... if each of us sell consoles for a living and I start with 100 PS4s and you start with 10 Xbox Ones ...
But what the article fails to tell you that it is the 2TB edition that is "sold out" because it was a limited run and is already discontinued. This is deceptive advertising on Microsoft's part but by your response clearly it works.
I'm fascinated by the pure hatred so many people have for this game that never wanted to play it and never wanted it to be good, let alone great. Now I get that this game isn't for everybody... it doesn't hold your hand like every other open world game ever made. I'm not going to argue that this game is perfect but I can says hands down it is my favorite game of this generation and best new gameplay experience I've had since Super Mario 64. Would be nice to see this lev...
Watch Dogs was terrible, Watch Dogs 2 found a way to make the same game but with an even more annoying BLM hipster hero - passing on that like the plague. Out of all the games coming out this fall Dishonored 2 is the only one I'm picking up day one.
I swear the only hate on this game continues to come from people who wanted the game to be something it was never said to be. They wanted AssassinsCreed/FarCry/Fallout/ GTA in space - otherwise known as a game that holds your hand and everybody has the same story.
Nothing they have shown me in terms of early release looks like a must own to me. Don't get me wrong, I'm definetely excited for games that are no doubt in development that we haven't seen but at the moment I'm probably good unti waiting until spring/summer 2017 to pick up PSVR.
"It's so bad."
LOL, he could have cared less... they thought Xbox One was going to dominate and were looking for the best way to short change players with limited content - it backfired big time. Now we get another by the numbers dude-bro campaign but this time with mechs. 6 hours at most and focus again on limited multiplayer content. There is a great game hiding somewhere in the mechanics which are solid but it will never see the light of day.
Definitely interested in a Red Dead sequel but after going back to play Red Dead Redemption recently on the Xbox One that game just hasn't held up for me... to be honest I find most Rockstar games don't stand the test of time - great when they are fresh but have a shelf life.
I love how a game that makes you think and doesn't hold your hand is considered "divisive".
I can hear the groans about yet another remaster, I've had it with a lot of unnecessary remasters myself but this is a day one purchase for me IF it includes all of the DLC. That would be an amazing deal and great way to get new people into the series before Andromeda. However, I have a feeling if this is true and a remaster is coming that Andromeda is going to be delayed again. If it doesn't include the DLC I will pass.
