"No 360 racing game has come close to the detail of a 200,000 polygon car of GT5P"
No PS3 game has come close to the 300 cars and 20+ tracks of Forza 2. I'll take that over the 6 tracks and 70 cars of GT5P any day.
My 5 games:
1)Donkey Kong
2)Galaga
3)Outrun 2 - Xbox version. (Only because it also includes the original arcade version as well as the sequel)
4)Thunder Force III - Sega Genesis (Best horizontal shooter ever)
5)Ms. Pac Man
Amazing that 3 of my 5 favorite games all came out in the same year - 1981. Best year ever for video games. Other 1981 games include Frogger, Centipede, Tempest, and Gorf. Most of these games are still around to...
360 doesn't have anything but a head start and price cuts? Wrong. 360 has the GAMES that more people want. Simple as that. That is what a game console is about first and foremost. Gears 1 & 2, Forza 2, Project Gotham Racing 4, Halo 3, etc. 360 exclusives sell more copies than PS3 exclusives, and multi-platform games sell far more copies on 360 than PS3. Sales numbers prove it. 360 has a much larger library of games spread out across all genres, and that is why it appeals to so man...
Deep down, some Sony fanboys must really be insecure about Killzone 2 if they need to bring it up in a Halo Wars article. Apparently, in some Sony fanboy's minds, KZ2 must not be able to stand on its own merits - they have to bash a 360 game in the process.
The US is not the only country that matters, but it is, by FAR, the largest as far as sales. The US alone accounts for 30-40% of all worldwide sales - no other country even comes close.
"Killzone 2 isn't out for 3 weeks...:-/"
It's not out yet? But I thought it had already been crowned game of the year, decade, and century already?
You should care about your country. If a system is more popular in a country other than yours, and exclusive games are made in that country because it is more popular, you cam't play them anyway because of the region lockout. For instance, there are tons of great Sega Saturn games available in Japan and Europe that are not available in the US because Saturn was more popular in those regions than in the US. Same with PCEngine, Sega Master System, N64, and other systems popular worldwide but...
360 shooters are overhyped? Have you been living under a rock for the past month?
Now that multi-platform games make up such a high percentage of all games (my guess is about 80%), we practically have a one console generation already. PS3 has a few exclusives, Xbox 360 has a few exclusives, but almost every game is not only available on each system, but they are virtually identical. This is a realization not lost on today's consumers. A $199 Xbox 360 can play almost all the same games that the $399 PS3 can play.
So, it really comes down to exclusives. Ho...
Glitches are news because KZ2 has been so over-hyped by Sony fanboys. Now, EVERYTHING KZ2-related will be front page news, whether good or bad. You can't have it both ways - glowing reviews at the top of the news, while reports of bugs get swept under the rug.

I said "nearly", not "every". What about your 3rd sentence - "Its disgusting, everything is a VERSUS article". EVERTHING? That's a pretty extreme fanboy-like statement. Read my posts on this site - I don't deal in fanboyism either. Anyway - no hard feelings. Sleep well.
Blu-ray will not overtake DVD anytime in the near future, regardless of how well Dark Knight sells. Go in to a Best Buy, Wal Mart, Target, or Blockbuster on any Tuesday and count how many copies of a specific new movie are on the shelf on DVD and Blu-ray. DVD still outpaces blu-ray about 10:1. I know, I work at one of those stores - I've seen the sales reports.
"I think Feb 27th will be the end of X360"
Only if Sony sells about 10,000,000 PS3's that day.
Besides, the 75% of people who don't play FPS's won't care anyway.
"Real consoles don't die"?
So, I guess the PS1 and PS2 are not real consoles either.
Or the Wii for that matter - the only defective console I've ever bought.

"Sad day in gaming when a good game just cant be a good game, sure. Compare it to other shooters to summarize or explain it, but I don't know why some of the 360 community feels that there is a need to trivialize Kz2. I've never seen anything like this in gaming."
Do you mean like how nearly every PS3 fanboy compares KZ2 to Gears of War 2 or Halo 3? Even going so far as to nitpick every 1/10th of a point in reviews? Go back and look at th...
A great game is a great game regardless of what generation or platform. This is a concept lost today, especially on this site.
Regardless of how many Saturn's were sold worlwide, Sega Rally was without equal during it's generation.
Not as many as there are Sony fanboys at N4G.
Ahh, the short memory of Sony fanboys. Sony has been receiving positive press since 1995, at the expense of their competition. Remember the ridiculous claim that Saddam Hussein was trying to buy PS2's to use as missile launchers? Every paper reported that story, and the "power" of the PS2 was reported in every newspaper and TV newscast in the country. Was this fair to Sega, MS, or Nintendo? Hell, no. Not to mention the media cozying up to Sony when they announced the PS2's spe...
Maybe Microsoft learned from Sony last generation. PS2 was the least powerful machine graphically, but it seemed to work out pretty well for Sony. Despite what fanboys think, game companies know that it is the overall quality of the games that matters, not just graphics.
