Whatever. Know what I'll be doing next Friday? Playing fucking Breath of the Wild! WHOOOOO
Well, GTAIV is also one of the highest reviewed games of all time, so...
Good luck! You might really need it lol. I do hope that you're able to find one though.
Wouldn't you like every game to have better graphics, if it were reasonably possible? I can still play Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii, which on a pure graphics scale looks like crap, and be so taken back by moments of artistic beauty that I'll stop playing and stare.
Oh yeah, by millions. If the Switch sells well over time, it's a title that will continue to sell well alongside it, especially considering all the reviews that are about to begin piling in.
It's just simply not possible that Breath of the Wild might be a better game though, right?
And didn't we already go over this with Wind Waker over a decade ago? Oh, and would you look at that, it's one of the most well looked upon games ever now xD
It's like saying that a Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli film is childish. It's meant to capture wonder and imagination. Artists can choose their own artistic vision.
So, your logic dictates that anyone who feels this game deserves a perfect score (and there will be many of them) is wrong, and only feels so because of hype and nostalgia?
The last 3D Zelda game was in 2011.
And to me, it seems that some people just don't understand that Zelda is magic. Also, Nintendo worked on this game for almost 5 years with a team the size of one that Rockstar would use for a GTA game. The amount of work that went into creating it is probably astounding. Any respectable developer in the industry would tell you that Nintendo has always had some of the most talented and dedicated developers, programmers and artists in gaming. To say though, that a majority of reviewers and ...
Skyward Sword was an incredible, brilliant game that was admittedly hindered by the limits of the Wii. There's a reason it's sitting at 93 on Metacritic. Also, I don't know about you, but I remember what PS2 games looked like. They weren't great by today's standards, excluding some titles with excellent art direction (Okami, FFX), especially considering that back then, game libraries aside, the Gamecube and Xbox were more powerful consoles.
Well said. I don't own a PS4, but I am happy that a game like Horizon exists, and that you guys get to play and experience it. For me, Zelda is life lol. Some people say they can't justify buying a console to play it, as the launch window isn't fantastic, but I'm a person who has spent more than $500 in Zelda related tattoos alone. Everyone has something that means alot to them.
What are these standards exactly? Battery technology has only come so far. Do you know that we're using the same 12V batteries in cars that we did in the 50s pretty much? If I turn the brightness on my phone up all the way, the battery will drain even if I have it plugged into a USB 3.0 port. My 3DS doesn't last longer than 3 hours when I'm playing it, my phone doesn't, and my laptop certainly doesn't either.
I keep my cord plugged in while I play 3ds all the time...
Regarding picture, not sure if Zelda hands or big boobs in bikini xD
Even though the N64 was a more capable piece of hardware than the Playstation, Nintendo started to lose the market when they continued to use cartridges, moving away from the storage medium that 3rd party developers thought was better for their games at the time. Nintendo hasn't really had stellar 3rd party support since 1996, and they make their money and continue on just fine.
I use sites to stream on my xbox all the time.
They could have tried you know, marketing it?
You're acting like there won't be plenty of people who use the Switch primarily as a handheld. Quite a few people I know travel constantly for work, and only really get the chance to play primarily on a 3DS, Vita, laptop etc. They are very excited for the Switch due to its game library potential and portability.
