I'd like to burst in her bubble, if ya know what I mean lol
So it's NOT demonic possession? Well, that's a relief.
FFXV needs a huge patch, incorporating all these character missions into the main game to make it one cohesive, complete experience. I really wish they had taken an extra year or so to just finish the game. Perhaps in years, we'll get an 8K remastered, complete version lol.
You're buying too many games and letting your backlog get too big man xD
Well yeah, people that buy those games have to be fans of wrestling xD
They still sell, so they figure, why bother trying?
Nintendo really needed this year to go as well for them as it did. As gamers, we all win when the market is strong.
When it weighs 10 ounces? Yes, it is. My phone in its case is the same size as the Switch. My $500 tablet nowhere approaches it in terms of graphical performance.
That was 5. RE4 was hailed as a revolution in gaming and received perfect scores and critical praises from every direction when it was first released(96 on metacritic). I remember very clearly. I was 17 and bought it on launch day for the GC, being a huge fan of Resident Evil since the original.
2005 was a legendary year for gaming in general:
Resident Evil 4, God of War, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Guitar Hero, Forza, Shadow of the Fucking Colossus, Minish Cap, Star Wars...
I think the tank controls in RE4 were very deliberate, and not a product of the times as many claim. The GC did have two joysticks after all, and analog shoulder buttons. The combat in RE4 instead was a form of micro-management, where everything had risks and rewards. What's your ammo supply looking like? Do you go for the headshot with the pistol to try to stun an enemy, so you can run up and fan kick to knock back multiple enemies as crowd control, or is the chance of a stronger parasit...
Evil Within 2 is REALLY good, and also produced by Mikami.
Also, Dead Space, hell yes xD
Monster Hunter is very unforgiving to those new to the series, and I'm afraid that the buzz surrounding this game is going to attract lots of people new to the series who are going to either dislike or not understand it. Monster Hunter is a game that requires deep understanding of its mechanics (which are seldom explained) and metric butt-tons of patience.
Welcome to Monster Hunter lol. Excuse me while I put 500 hours into it once it releases...
The problem with that is, and which is why we also haven't seen a Prime game in so long, that the leads for directors, programming and art direction all left Retro after Prime 3. The people that really created those games are long gone.
The smartest thing they could do is probably keep the Switch brand, just call it the the NS2, especially if the Switch proves to be as successful as I believe it will be over the next few years. Backwards compatibility would be a fantastic selling point as well. They have the possibility of creating a very strong brand, and should stay the course as long as the hardware is viable. I do have the belief however, that smart phones will be so ridiculously powerful in the next ten years that there...
It's pretty much a game for anime fans and jrpg enthusiasts. I absolutely love it, and think Monolith are some of the best world builders and artists in the business. I can't blame anyone for hating it though. It's very, very Japanese.
For me, I found the story immersed in the world. There was lore everywhere, and I was constantly reminded that the world was in ruin because the character you are playing as failed his mission long ago. NPCs tell you stories of long past constantly. Nintendo seemed to take a page from Dark Souls in that aspect.
Man, unlocking Tatsumaru in 2 was great.
Well, surveys showed that the number one reason most people bought a PS4 was graphics. Shows where many people's priorities lay. I prefer art style myself, which is why I feel that Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is one of the prettiest games I've played this year.
It was nominated as one of the best games this year in almost every category. How much more would you like?
Troll harder why don't you.
