@Tim
Your entire argument this time is this.
You posted rhetorical questions that you self admit you know the answer to.
You then ignore everything I said to you to try and catch me off guard and manipulate words to try and make me appear ignorant.
You then go off on a tangent of not understanding context while self admitting I understood the context of your first rhetorical comment. That you knew both are 30fps games...
I'd rather have a spiritual successor to fix everything but not associate itself with it directly. Glad I did the Origin pass to rent it at launch. This game on next gen could do so much better though. Maybe having real open world and not just large environments with content copy pasted and having to revisit areas.
@CaptainCook
You do know that prior agreements and licensing still stand even under new ownership, right? MS still used Cloudgine. Nothing changed that. They simply mislead capabilities of it and their server capacity.
"just like I'm not surprised that you look to avoid answering any of my questions straight up"
I'm not an idiot. I know that you know the game was 30fps locked. Stupid question that didn't need a simple yes or no. Don't try and spin me as manipulative when you do it on the daily. Nice try playing off replying to a childish comment with your own manipulative downplaying as you being higher minded.

I see referencing so much claim to power but showing 30fps footage of a current gen game. Which was a bad way to debut gameplay footage. I don't find the game to look particularly top notch, but it does look great. I think the majority already are tired of "the beast" and "most powerful" from the current gen where it did very little difference, and now to see more focus and headlines about "most powerful" with a smaller power difference than before, while the...
I worry that since Skyrim is so successful that they don't improve the old formula for the next Elder Scrolls. I really wish for a different studio to make an Elder Scrolls type game.
I don't think they understand that spikes from that cars rim won't do anything to a tanks gears and tread lol. If anything the car would be torn apart from rubbing against all that
Really, if they just did a NFS Most Wanted type game it would be a perfect fit.
I think you'll find that any game locked to a framerate isn't so perfectly balanced graphically to performance that it can't exceed the framerate. When a game is locked at 30fps, it more often than not could hit 40fps and higher depending on the scene. But, since it dips down to 30 frequently they prefer to lock it to maintain consistency.

Imma need you to double the mentions of DirectX and XBox products. Gotta get your numbers higher than the other guys
@Neonridr
"I give up.. "
Good, cause not only do you have no idea what you're talking about, but you're ignoring what's being said. No one said the SSD increases gaming performance. The conversation is world density, detail in the immediate scene, and development being free of picky RAM constraints. The more data the GPU's can recieve, the more data that's displayed on screen. Quite necessary for higher end GPU's.
I always wanted characters holding weapons and items to change how they wield so that they arent clipping through the wall. Which would also alter the way they use it
@ThanatosDMC
I'm pretty sure those discs come with the update file on them, or do they not do that anymore?
@Echo_
"
I love how you didn't use PlayStation as an example because you know some of their games are coming to PC soon : ) .. Horizon Zero *cough* *cough* dawn."
Okay, Desperate. Tell me the definition of "some" and list only one game again. A game that's been out three years. Don't manipulate and twist facts. What's wrong with you? Manipulating conversation to push an agenda over a box..
@Sephiroushin
But, when the transaction is processed through e-retailers like Amazon, Steam, Origin, Epic Store, etcetera it isn't managed by the developer. It's managed through those services. So, it's not the developers fault in the slightest unless it's directly purchased through them by putting in your card information on their own website. Even through services like PayPal. Those services are the ones that are in charge of the transaction. If it's c...
@Zarock
Indies are complaining because they're income is so much lower and their game discounts on these sites are extremely low. It affects them greatly.
You do know that the developers don't manage the payments, right? Steam and whatever service manages the payment. You aren't doing business 1:1 with the publisher and devs. These key sites are primarily used with services like Steam, XBox, Origin, and PSN. There is no different transaction m...
@Zarock
I dont? When a bank allows your card to be used just from the information on the card itself? What about after that? Never heard of Two-Factor Authentication? Sending alerts for card use? Denying card use from an unfamiliar computer, and another country or state. It's the bank and the users fault here. Use critical thinking and don't jump the gun to "you don't know what your talking about" to act like an expert.
It's not the developers fault for people mishandling information and their banks not having security measures.
@TheAquanox
"It will run at peak clocks until the console overheats. EXACTLY, what I've been saying from the beginning. 🤦♂️
And he continues:.. "
No, wait. You just skipped past the cooling solution mention that they built one that is very efficient and able to keep the system cool so that it doesn't overheat or come close. Oh, you just want to ignore the parts that conflict with your lies.

@TheAquanox
Just stop. I've never seen someone more desparate. When you're called out you should stop. Not nervously respond by adding more on the pile. You are a chronic liar. The sooner you address it the better. Why didn't you reply to me above? Didn't leave much open for you to twist, huh? Just start a new account and pretend it never happened.
The very proof against your incoherent drivel is in the PS5 Developer Conference. Sustainabl...
New IP, huge budget with newly established studio, risk taking game. Profitable in a few months, not yet released on PC, though preorders are live. You're right. But, I think this was a strategic way to test the market while growing relations with Kojima. Turns out that people do want something different and it's worth doing. At least from a console maker standpoint.
