I have 4 bucks sitting in my wallet, so I'm downloading it and Mesmerize: Trace
People have been clamoring for a la carte cable tv for years. Outside of the basic networks, all I really need are maybe five channels that I watch (Comedy Central, ESPN, Discovery Channel, TBS, and USA). Add to that Fox, NBC, ABC, and CBS, and I basically pay $150+ a month to watch 9 channels and have my broadband :(
That was basically my entire experience during Freeburn; just ramming and running. I'd sometimes feel rediculous running through oncoming traffic trying to lose someone, only to realize he's just cruising in his appropriate lane :-). Crazy fun though, and when more of the city's unlocked, even more so.
I'm fairly certain you can construct together while online. You DEFINITELY can offline, and it'd be silly not to have it both ways. They've shown in the past that if you're online with your friends and get to some obstacle and have some item in your inventory that can get you across it, you're able to bring it up and use it then-and-there, along with everyone else. So if you can introduce elements mid game, I'm sure you can create levels together online as well.
I'm sure t...
As far as your third item goes, if you try to check-out with a cost more than you have funds for, the game will automatically take you to "add more," and then seamlessly bring you back to your cart again.
I liked Indigo Prophecy (played PC version). The gameplay mechanic was unique, and the story was highly immersive and engrossing. Outside of it getting a little hectic at the end, I found very little at fault with the game, and it remains one of my favorites.
I've never had an issue going through photos while music was playing, and vice-versa, even before this update. The sytem's been capable of that since launch, as long as you use the home button to move between the two, isntead of backing out with circle. It's how you could make a slideshow with a soundtrack, for instance.
LittleBigPlanet and The Agency are the two I'm most excited about, because they're so different from what you usually find on systems. I'm really liking the PSN thus far.
probably won't be on until later (around 12AM EST), but I'll look for you
I'm down for it; heck, we can start tonight
Yes, you can play this game online, or even just mess around and build levels online, with at least 3 friends (4-players), maybe more.

The article also clearly states that BDA released the info. So although Sony's...
You bought a game (supposedly) with 5 maps for $40. That comes out to...yeah, $8 a map. On top of that, they're adding content that you can use across all of the maps, and modifying the existing maps a bit. It's technically priced appropriately, content-wise.
Well, naturally it's your right to have an opinion on Sony's gaming library. Fortunately, their job is to impress and entertain people that DO like those kinds of games. I see the games coming next year and grin like a cheshire despite being a person who doesn't like Gran Turismo, Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy, or Grand Theft Auto.
Blasphemous for a PS3 fan, right? Heck, probably blasphemous as a gamer.
They still have a more preferable library coming out in...
Sony's always been big on information black-outs. Given the number of studios they have alone, and assuming all are busy, I can see this working out. And then there are third party games, like Heavy Rain, they can come out in the next 4-5 months as well (although I doubt it'll make that date).
One game that they've kept hidden with amazing tenacity is Team Ico's next game; which sadly is one of the three most important games for me this generation, along with Heavy Rain and...
There's an N4G clan thread over in the forums section; you're more than welcome to try to get something organized there if you'd like. Good luck; I'd love to participate in a private game with just people from the site.
I'm hoping they're slow. Letting them be speedsters just wouldn't be fair. Plus, imagine how much better an image it is when you see it descending ominously or coming in from a distance and you're scrambling to get defenses gathered in preperation. Hopefully, they can take a lot of damage, and hopefully, they have a long respawn time. A slower speed would also encourage escorting of the dropships to protect it from Warhawks. I like anything that forces the teams to play more like...well, ...
Yeah, I'm defintely looking forward to this. I still have fond memories of Escape From Monkey Island; gone are the days where games weren't about just shooting, racing, or sports. I miss adventure/comedy games.
That would be an awesome and not-too-farfetched idea. I've been a fan of Harmonix's titles since the first MTV Music Generator; so we know the staff there is capable of music-creation interfacing and programming. Allowing you to assign notes to the keys and drum pads and then make a song would be right in line with their history, and a brilliant move when it comes to progressing the genre.
Don't think so. My HD tivo can record two HD programs at the same time.
