Its a lot more computationally expensive because everything must be rendered from two different camera perspectives. Every perspective has its own view and projection matrices used to calculate the final screen position of each pixel from the vertices of the geometry sent to the vertex shader. This would cause a big performance hit that's not worth it.

Rockstar Games are the best publisher in the world imo. There has only been one GTA game released this generation so far. How many CoD, Battlefields, Halos, Killzones, Uncharteds, Assassin's Creeds and Gears games have we had? Enough. GTA V has been in development for over 5 years now. It should blow every other game out of the water and easily sell 18 million in its first year. Its the game I'm looking forward to the most and if it comes to PC next year, I'll buy it twice.
A very poor reveal. PS4's reveal blew this out of the water. I'm afraid there seems to be only one console for me next gen and its made by Sony.
GPU: PS4 1.84 TF , One 1.22 TF. RAM: PS4 8gb GDDR5 , One 8gb DDR3. PS4 easily wins in both areas so we should see better performance from PS4 games providing Sony's graphics API can match DirectX 11 which I'm confident it will.

40000 polygon characters. Characters this gen only have 10000 on average. That's impressive but I hope the levels are more open than the previous games. I'd like to get my hands on one of their character models so I can check it out in my own engine. The characters I use have no more than 10000 polygons because Mixamo.com charges character rigging with characters over 10000.
How is this news? Obviously it is very likely that Sony and MS will give the release date and price of their next gen consoles at E3. The console are releasing only 5 months after E3 and there is no bigger gaming event in that period. Patcher just says the obvious.
