@DLConspiracy The online player base on Xbone is bigger than what? The PC?
Don't be silly. It's much bigger on PC. Approximately 75million+ active accounts just on steam. Has the Xbone even surpassed 4 million sales yet?
Lets see what EA say about Titanfall overall sales as I bet it surpasses 3 million when they include PC digital sales.
Like I said above PC digital sales aren't included in vgchartz estimates so it's all false data.
Just looked at vgchartz, DayZ according to vgchartz has sold nothing as it's a digital title :P
Actually vgchartz don't get hardly any of the sales figures for PC as most are digital downloads which aren't recorded.
So their numbers are not accurate no matter how you see it.
The title price is in euros not dollars.
€349 = $468.
Are you happy to pay that price? :)
@MorePowerOfGreen I know what DX12 can't do is change inferior hardware into high end hardware.
Xbone isn't going to change that much with DX12 and those thinking it will will be in for a rude awakening.
DX12 is primarily for PC gaming and their architecture.
I can't wait for DX12 myself as I'm a primarily a PC gamer. I hope it makes PC gaming much more efficient than it is atm.
You sound like a spoiled brat keeping all his sweeties to himself :)
The only way I will play Destiny is if I get the PC version.
I really don't want to be tied to a platform I have no control of ever again.
Mods made Skyrim what it is today on PC. It's the same with many other games on PC. Console only gamers miss out on so much amazing free content from fellow gamers/modders.
Once upon a time map packs were free too...
Well I guess Ubisoft disagree with you considering they removed the games on UK store.
This has nothing to do with cost of living or anything else you mentioned. That's just a cop out excuse.
It's all about greed.
The prices were relatively equal a couple of years ago now there's a $20 difference?
They'll be increasing the US prices soon too. So don't get too cosy with $60 price bracket :)
Ubisoft 2 days ago added AC Unity and Far Cry 4 on steam for $60/£50/€60.
There was so many unhappy people on the steam forums about the price hike for UK and EU.
Today (2nd Aug) Ubisoft has removed both games from steam UK store but not the EU store.
Not sure why yet. Maybe a price correction or just couldn't be bothered with the hassle of the justifiable complaints.
Either way £50/€60 was approx $80.

It will just show how good The Last of Us is as a game or how bad this year's games have been if a Remastered game can win Game of the Year again.
The new consoles didn't come too early but the console manufacturers were completely unprepared for them.
I guess this is what happens when console developers forget how to program on PC hardware that they take so long to bring their games out.
If it wasn't for the PC the PS4 wouldn'...
They spend that on PCs do they?
I thought most Chinese people went to internet cafes and played from there as PCs are expensive for their low wages.
It's just the Xbox One nickname.
Not our fault that Microsoft named their 3rd console Xbox One and not something else that makes sense.
I'm guessing the indie haters won't be buying No Man's Sky when it's released then? :)
It's an indie game after all and you all hate indie games, right? :)
@kalkano
In your opinion.
I personally regard indie games higher than most AAA games from so-called renowned publishers.
You want an indie developer to release a physical copy when most can only just afford to put their game up for sale?
Indie developers are the creative and innovative side of the gaming world.
If it wasn't for them all we'd have is these uninspired AAA behemoths that offer very littl...
I will never say NO to crowd-funding. Some of the best games I've ever played came from crowd-funded projects.
Recently I've just got Darkwood and Divinity Original Sin. Both these games were crowd-funded and would have never been made otherwise.
I have Wasteland 2, Planetary Annihilation, Pillar of Eternity, Darkest Dungeon, The Long Dark, Night in the Woods and Kingdom Come - Deliverance as well as Star Citizen all coming in the near future.

It's just cosmetic items like t-shirts, hats and things like that.
They will never sell guns and ammo or anything that gives players an advantage for survival.
SOE are developing the game not the Sony that owns Playstation.
It's never been officially announced for PS4 at any point.
SOE have and always will be PC developers.
H1Z1 is a PC exclusive till they finish the game then they will likely port to PS4 like they did with Planetside 2.
You are looking at 2+ years before PS4 get H1Z1. It's not even out on Early Access for PC yet.
This is what I don't understand.
Why would Bungie develop the game for last gen consoles when they won't be around for much longer especially not for 10 years which is Destiny's time frame.
And they completely snub the PC version for the last gen consoles. Makes no sense whatsoever.
I've played the beta on PS3 a little bit and I wasn't overly impressed with the game.
It has the "wow" factor like Titanfall did and I expect it will die off just as fast as Titanfall has done.
It hasn't had me wanting to play the game constantly like a lot of great games do. This was kinda meh and forgettable to me.
I didn't really care what happens in game so I haven't played it as much as I thought I would. <...
Really? If you quote vgchartz to compare console vs PC sales then you are completely disregarding digital sales so it'll be complete BS.
vgchartz doesn't record digital sales just retail and PC gaming is about 80-90% digital sales now.
I never buy from retail shops any more. I'm not even sure what the last boxed PC game I bought it was so long ago.
Right back at ya.
If you want a PC exclusive buy a gaming PC :)
