His comment isn't harsh, this game has no connection to the original Prey, it just uses the IP name. It's almost like Bethesda was too cheap to file a new trademark.

I never had the opportunity to play Live and Reloaded online. However, I do have several friends that played the game online and thoroughly enjoyed the mp.
Perfect Dark Zero and Conker:Live and Reloaded aren't reboots,the first is a prequel and the latter a remake. Neither of these games are as terrible as media and 'haters' like to make them out to be. Both titles got solid reviews, and were popular on Xbox live for years after they released.

Capcom is so cheap they nickel and dime people even when, their company doesn't fully cover the development of the game in question. Capcom used Sony money to make a content lacking SF V, and it appears they did the same with Dead Rising 4.

They should just give the first two away with Crackdown 3. Between Gears UE and 4, I got 3 sets of codes for Gears 1-3 and Judgement.
Aside: MS should add the Crackdown agents as a guest characters in Gears 4 mp, this might help to promote the game.
