I’m pretty sure games like COD will keep being released on PS, it’s not like those games are systemsellers, but they are sold by the millions. MS can earn money just by releasing them on PS as well.
In the short run, Sony doesn’t have to worry all that much imo, they are still number one, but they can’t sit still for too long tho.
Yeah, I still imagining having a PS5… but I have an LG oled 4K, guess that’s something.
If the price is not too high, PSVR will be a very nice option for those who want to play VR compared to PC. Some PC VR specs may be better, but you'll need a beafy PC which comes at a price. Even if the PSVR costs 500 dollar/euro, with a 1000 dollar/euros (PS5 included) you're all set with a pretty high end system imo.
I wouldn’t get my hopes up to high when it comes to HDR, it still depends on how developers use it. RDR 2 has an HDR setting but it sucks. GT on the other hand used it way better. Just saying :)
But yes, used properly, HDR can really enhance the graphics.
@Eonjay: since when is 2000x2040 4k??
But yeah, it’s a nice piece of tech, true.
Rofl
Scuf is very good and customisable but yeah, it comes with a price.
True, but DLSS has been around longer.
Was thinking the same. Afterall the hardware is AMD ain't it?
You could use that statement for a lot of games these days imo.
It's not, according to the article most likely replay footage.
Drooling during replays I guess ;)
Each his own off course, but in case of easy/normal/hard I start with normal most of the time.
There is only one way the PS4 version won’t hold back the PS5 version in my opinion; PS4 edition runs on GT sports engine and PS5 version gets new engine build from the ground up. That way the developement of the PS4 edition would’t cost as much. But I doubt this will be the case.
Suprised to see GT7 getting a PS4 release to be honest, but I’m cetainly not complaining.
Got this game from launch, was very dissapointed but kept it. And happy that I did. The game has evolved so much since then, a real joy to play now. Wish I had a PS5 for the improved visuals tho.
Looked very nice, awesome to play, but the a.i. was terrible in way that you could let your opponents take half a lap and you would still be able to catch on and get first place but wouldn’t be able to get a bigger gap than 2 or 3 seconds when leading. Weird.
Great game
Makes sense. Good for both Sony and Housemarque.
I'm curious if the gap will narrow once Activision/Blizzard and Bethesda (exclusive) games start coming out on Xbox (gamepass). Probably not I assume, but you never know.
