I loved my dreamcast, a very nice piece of hardware, but it got screwed with lack of games. For some reason it didn’t get the support from dev’s it deserved. Soul Caliber on that system was pure bonkers at the time!

I think cross-gen games are a factor here as well. Let’s say Spider-man, Horizon Forbidden West, GT7 didn’t have a last gen release, the “exclusive appeal” for PS5 would be much bigger imo.
Agreed. Comparing current gen consoles (Sony/MS/Nintendo) is one thing but comparing with previous gen’s seems kinda pointless to me as well. Times and situations are different with each gen imo.

@SPEAKx: each his own off course, no problem. But you play melee/tank? I guess that’s why you miss weight in combat. Either choose tank or go melee(dps). Do you weave light attacks between abilities? ESO has loads of build options, but if you want to excel, you need to choose a path. I play 2 melee dps characters (1 stamina, 1 magicka) for the hard content and I have a Sorc build that lacks high dps but is just awesome to play in overland and normal dungeons.

Combat is far from horrible, trust me. You just need to understand the mechanics but truth be told, ESO does a poor job explaining that.
Imagine a developer goes like: “hell yeah it’s a cashgrab! Lol. Seriously tho, if you haven’t played the game before, the pricetag feels justified as you get the best version available and the game is like a new game to you anyway. If you already played it however, then no, not worth it imo.

I can agree here. I play on a 27 inch monitor and 1440p is the sweetspot for that screensize imo.
