Looks like something cut from Logan's Run haha.
If I were an attendee I think I'd want the pictures buried - is there no level too low for "journalists" in their chasing of MS's $$$?
Boy oh boy - let's just see the product and some games. Save the marketing masturbating for TVs and Windows 8.

Well this is MS trying to compete with the somwhat obscure Sony marketing of years past.
Looks like they aren't making a good job of it either :/
Still, if you've got no games to show (choreographed movement to game video in a realtime motion game - wtf!) then I guess creating a noise with some non-gaming stuff gets a few people looking your way.
r.
Been doing Youtube and other stuff for no extra charge on both Wii and PS3 for years - I just don't get why MS are so slow to do seemingly simple stuff, and then want to gouge customers for it.

Try MediaGo..... Would stop you looking foolish now...
r.
Wrong.
The PSPGo was a mistake because it split the PSP market in two and provided no migration path (I have both a Phat and a GO now).
However, the concept is sound and PSP2 should go that way. Download content is ideal for a device of that type, reduces the possibility of piracy and is the only way Sony can compete with iPhone/Touch. I imagine, Ninty will try the same with whatever follows the DS given the Wireless store access they currently have.

by the Examiner.
As Rubenstein says - for the past several weeks it's been all about Sony.
I have a feeling they've done this BECAUSE they expect E3 to be all about Ninty/MS-Natal.
I thikn Sony felt the things they've announced + Move would just be filler in MS and Ninty's shows - this way they've had 3 weeks of focus and marketing as opposed to a few mins as the footnotes at E3.
So I'm pessimistic tha...
Looking forward to this - MGS 5 effectively! Better make sure my PSP is charged ;)
Sadly, given the level of PSP piracy, I fear Konami/Kojima won't see as much revenue from this as they should :/

Seems a bit off since they're listing it by games in a "series". In fact series doesn't really sum it up.....
The No 15th place (first one you see) is .... Tom Clancy - so any game with Tom Clancy in it is counted.
Given that Tom Clancy is an author on whose work, the theme of these games is VERY loosely based, I'm not sure that is really a good start point. Even weaker than lumping all Mario games together which this list does and calls...
Games, like movies and music aren't all about the latest technology.
Crysis is the standard bearer for the PC game technology scene and yet, as a game it was pretty bland.
Sometimes, games are about more than pushing a few more polys than last week.
Gears is a good example of a game with simplistic gameplay mechanics and such a lame story and shallow characters that one blast through single player is enough. That's not to say Gears is...
Not really - I think the only one of those that could be called Megaton is Halo 4 - and much of that will be about who is developing it.
The rest of that stuff is pretty meh.
Maybe a Mass Effect to PS3 announcement would be big, or something like MGS4 port to 360 but that'll make a noise due to haters rather than genuine interest. Otherwise, this E3 is pretty much tied up in terms of big stuff since we already know most of what Sony has, the 360 will be p...
Maybe the problem was Sega's marketing budget - it was enough to pay off Euro reviewers but not enough to cover the US as well...
Those are the cynical times we game in....

Which looks to be made up by someone who hasn't played many games :/
After all, there are still many games which provide genuine mature themse being released even today - they're just not released by the big studios as this list was.
By the mid-90s video gaming was trying to copy Hollywood's most brainless titles and that's where they've stayed.
Only the Japanese and indie developers in the west are making games with deep ...
Yes but a lot of people missed Ico/SotC and this is the chance before TLG, to play the spiritual prequels.
That + graphics updates + sound updates + trophies + goodies hits the mark for me.
I played both but I'd drop the cash on them again...

I hadn't realised this - think I'll buy it in that case.
Catan has been on the Euro store for a couple of weeks now but I've not seen much comment on it.
From screenshots though, I like the boardgame-like look of this version compared to other electronic versions I've tried.

IT doesn't matter games -> film are crap... Just get a hamster to direct it.
ME has a lame story by modern sci fi standards too so there's two reasons a film will blow hard.

FFXIII was multiplat - 360 owners got screwed with that one though given the very inferior port provided for them.
If VS goes taht way, then I think those contemplating getting it for 360 should check before they purchase...

Why is everyone spooging over an Insomniac multiplat now? Resistance primarily, and R+C to a lesser extent were both written off by non PS3 users.... While they've been solid games, they haven't been massive review hits.
Personally, while I liked Resistance 1+2, and found R+C OK for a short blast, Insomniac have been struggling to keep up with the leading PS3 exclusives.
Thye lost out to KZ (and others) in the FPS genre and LBP stole their thunder in ...
If you watched that vid the PS3 version looks better....
Ho hum. Next comparison please, Xbots are getting rowdy!

The article doesn't take exception to the use of the well wron Irish stereotype - I can't find any reference to a "nasty surprise" in it.
The article simply states the presence of the character but makes no judgement on it and then goes on to repeat the $100 million development claim.
r.
I don't think Ninty can find anything in a Wiimote to justify $100 even if it's 2 x Motion Plus 2 bundled with a new game.
Then again, MS are trying to sell a >$100 Eyetoy so who knows what crazy products and pricing we'll see.
