Why on earth is this getting everyone's panties in a twist?
So a third party controller is being offered for the PS3 that shares some similarities to the 360 controller, big damn deal. There is no reason to get defensive and snarky about it. I get it, a lot of people like the Dual Shock. They've used basically the same controller for the last 13 years and are very familiar and comfortable with it. It *is* a good controller.
The 360 controller is a goo...
That was a *delightfully* scathing comment. + bubbles to you sir.
That's precisely why he asked the question. Now when somebody calls him out on his title he can say "I don't know why everyone hates on me, it was just a question, the question-mark is even in the title."
It goes to show how little confidence HHG has in himself that he feels he has to make these sensational titles just to attract viewers and gain hits. If he had any real confidence in himself and his show, he would realize that he already has a decent number...
Agreed. I am not a fan of HHG, but the bottom line is he *does* have a lot of fans and could still pull a decent amount of traffic by having some more integrity with his titles. It'd be nice if he realized it for himself.
Yeah, a sensationalist title as is typical for HHG, but I will give him a tiny bit of credit here because this video was not nearly as bad as most of his previous efforts. In fact it was, dare I say it, watch-able.
It's a shame because I think the majority of people that dislike HHG (myself included) dislike him specifically because of sensationalist BS titles like this.
At the end HHG, I really loved your rant about how Puffy is an "opportunist" and is "not true to hip hop", that he's "ruining hip hop" and people need to step up and "regulate hip hop" and "defend" its integrity, etc etc...
What do you think *you* are? You're an opportunist, with your sensationalist headlines, your misleading text, your ridiculous videos, calling all your friends to approve your videos before others ca...
@ HHG
*EXACTLY*
To your point - the video is over an hour long, so I ask you: How did it get *APPROVED* so fast?
Care to answer that one?
Also, to Sid's point... Contributors, you can still kill this, here is the URL to do so:

Uhm... Ok first off, any idiot could say "Microsoft has a game in the works that will be competition for <insert popular Sony exclusive here>" and be right 95% of the time. This does not make him a reliable source of information.
Furthermore, how exactly is Kingdoms in any way competition for God of War 3? They're not even in the same *genre*. By the time Kingdoms comes out, God of War 3 will have been out already for over a year.
...just how quickly hiphopgamer's ridiculous videos get approved. I imagine he calls up all his friends and says, "Yo, I'm about to post my vidicle on N4G, get over there and approve it before anyone with taste and class has a chance to reject it."
Actual, meaningful, *RELIABLE* news will sit in the submissions, pending for hours at a time while this crap is approved literally within 2 minutes of being submitted.
Hey hiphop, if you're so...
Yeah, I think you're right.
However, MS may benefit from existing users that pick up Kinect, not for themselves, but for somebody else - girlfriends, younger siblings, children, etc... Speaking from personal experience, my ex-girlfriend never got into the 360 or PS3 but always really wanted me to pick up a Wii. Were we still seeing one another, I'd consider Kinect or Move (probably Move, given the marginally more "hardcore" leaning titles) before I'd con...

Agreed. I think it's a great idea and has a lot of potential, but it's not quite there yet.
That, coupled with the fact that the games are damn near *full price* for a sub-par experience compared to any other system, and this service fails.
It's kind of a shame, because I really like the idea. I just hope that they retool it a bit before they go under, or somebody else picks up the torch and does it *right* later on down the line.
"AHAHA I AM GOING TO SLAM EVERYONE HERE BUT MAKE SURE TO POINT OUT THAT I'M NOT AMONG THEM AHAHAHAHAHA"
^ That's you. It's ok, we still love you.
...where does that guys chin end and his neck begin? Seriously, we're worried about his health, he should get up and *ahem* Move a little.
I apologize, I had to jab.
That said, I have a 360 and I still can't stand Aaron Greenberg. The only 360 "spokesman" (and woman?) I ever really liked were Nelson and Natalie, and they disappeared a long time ago.
If they manage to mess this up, I'll pretty much lose all hope of ever seeing a great game-to-movie adaptation. Compared to other games that have been given the movie treatment, Uncharted should be relatively easy, as Naughty Dog has crafted something that's damn near a movie already... interesting characters, great dialogue, hilarious banter, fantastic character chemistry, amazing action sequences and set-pieces... This should be almost *impossible* to screw up.
...he belongs on Dawson's Creek (or maybe Fringe).
The words necessary to describe how much I care simply do not exist.
I don't know why you lost bubbles before, but +1 from me now. Good show sir.
Fair enough.
I honestly have a hard time deciding which online service I like more than the other, I probably I lean more toward XBL though, despite the price. Each service has upsides and downsides though. Ironically enough, sometimes the upsides can even be seen as downsides - everyone on XBL has a mic, for instance... there's the ease of communication, and then there's - well... the ease of communication... a blessing and a curse.
Eh, I dunno about that.
I think it will only be the *very rare* Kinect game that does something that cannot be done with the other motion options (Wii and Move). It simply doesn't make sense for a developer to spend the time and money to build a game around the unique features and capabilities of Kinect, because it would mean the game could not be multi-platform and would thus drastically limit the potential market for said game. This is a *massive* problem for developers...
