They also talked about releasing Dreams, The Last of Us and Ghost of Tsushima for PS4, probably 3 of the best games of the entire generation of consoles in a single year, but ok, might as well leave all of that to the side to start talking about a product that we cannot even buy until the end of the year
Only with gaming we have the need to talk and reveal things so far in advance, for cellphones as recently as last month they did the official reveal of the Samsung new line...
Where does it say that a game to "feel" modern it needs to be open world, quite frankly I'm getting tired of all the "Me Too" open world games filled with fetch quests and collectables just to artificially "fill" them.
I agree, I don't need bigger world's, I need better ones, world's filled with real consequences, world's that change and not just fetch quests and collectathons to artificially add hours to the game.
If it's done at the same level of quality as Chernobyl I'm 100% in, Chernobyl was the best thing in TV last year, amazing, amazing show.
Wow, Control, was not expecting something like that so soon, they are really pushing the service.
Lol, the Kotaku complain is that they took a generic tutorial boss and they made it a superweapon, these guys are a waste of air.
Which 360? The first 3 1/2 - 4 awesome years filled with games and exclusives or the last 3 with basically only Kinect shovelware?
"- This is not a game-as-a-service. The whole game is in the box from the beginning to the end.
- There are no loot boxes or microtransactions."
That's it, I'm buying this game!
This is a game that will have very long legs, little by little it will build an audience of content creators and and a player audience waiting anxiously for new experiences, really a YouTube of gaming.
100% agree, I think they're going to be using that crowdfunded money for their new original just announced game, even the stretch goals are BS, there's no way they're going to be developing those Luka missions in a couple of months, specially with the Kickstarter campaign still open.
I guess they didn't even bother to review it, 'cause EDGE it's so "Edgy", oooohhh.
Really cool that they added a Sonic game with the movie still going strong in the Cinemas, great cross promotion I guess.
It's not just the podcast, every single week there's always something from him, makes me feel like he's just a PR person and somebody behind closed doors it's actually running the Xbox Division, you don't see this from PS or Nintendo heads, or anybody else over there for that matter.
Enough with the Phil Spencer articles, every single day, several times a day. Sometimes I think that if he would one day stop talking about the Xbox people would just forget the console even exist.
And now they've completely lost me, this just means that they're going to double down on services, MT'S, Freemium, In-Game advertising and everything that makes cellphones a cesspool of the gaming market

That's the right way to do it, I'd you're going to release one year later, don't expect us to pay full price.
I was thinking the same thing, what if they include crisis core into the remake? Maybe something like Laguna Dream sequences in FFVIII, that would be awesome.
Out of all the small or big things they could've done with this game when releasing on another console, they chose to focus on an easy mode, that sucks.
I highly recommend anyone that has a switch and likes Jrpgs to buy this game, amazing series and amazing entry
