It's nothing like playing Russian roulette. Don't exaggerate something that's not a real problem.
@ silent
Exactly.
But it's not about the GAME, everyone is focusing on the fact it's NOT for the ps3 or vita.
If people were just talking about the game itself, it would be another thing altogether. But the apparent majority is simply focusing on the fact that Nintendo took away Sony's big advantage in Japan. We all know that Monster Hunter is not that big in America, so what else could explain such a dramatic rise in interest? Like you said, why s...
Monster Hunter + 3DS = I'm happy.
As long as I can buy it for the 3ds, I don't care if it goes to another console.
Although, I do have a theory...
Timed exclusive would be the best outcome for Nintendo, gamers, Sony, and Capcom.
People will buy vita for monster hunter, even if it's available for the 3ds. A timed 3ds exclusive release would still sell alot, and then later, a Vita port/ upgrade would also sell alot.
Capcom maximizes sales by p...
I feel like that's the case, myself.
Especially the comment section of the original story for the announcement on n4g. Most of the comments either bitched about how it wasn't on ps3, or dismissing it by stating it would come to Vita eventually, instead of being exited about it at all.
I can't wait to play monster hunter tri g, and hope 4 comes out soon, to. Monster hunter is one of my favorite games, and one of gamings best overall.
Some will not, and will still require a memory card, last I heard.
One of those disagrees is mine, although I feel the need to say this as well...
While there are no apps, there ARE websites.
Also, Android, Apple, and Sony don't offer porn apps either.
ALSO also, don't go around slandering people with offensive language. It's immature.
Incoming... what?
I call bullshit also.
Last I heard, the slide pad wasn't demoed with monster hunter, and the videos i've seen have the graphics looking MUCH better than the psp games.
This just reminds me of when Dragon Quest 9 released on ds, so trolls jumped on Amazon and slammed it with innacurate, biased reviews in order to make it look bad.
Yep
Yep.
You didn't spend the most with the wii on controllers this gen if you got kinect or move.
I'm sure it's close, but I can't do the math right now...
I need sleep...
The circle pad isn't mandatory, and it's equivilent to about 17$ in japan. (1,700 yen)
Sony has stated that some games will require a memory stick to save, with the cheapest being near 2,200 yen, about 25$.
Also, the 3DS price has dropped to...(damn currency conversion... ah, screw it) 170,000 yen.
Edit- oops not 170,000.
It's 17,000 yen. My bad.
ANOTHER EDIT- damn, it's to early for this... The circle pad is 1,500 yen... I think I...
Maybe he can hunt Yoshi?
At the end of the 3DS trailer at e3, Snake stalkes a yoshi.
Edit-
oops, I think I posted this wrong... it was supposed to be a respone to nyobzoo
I have been wondering how that's going to work without having to buy the same game twice myself.
Including a Vita version free dosen't seem likely in all cases to me, though. ( Unless their are special editions for this purpose)
Making a mountain out of a mole hill?
The game industry has been doing that alot here recently.
... Are the agrees and disagrees representing "yes" and "no"?
I wasn't trying to be snarky or anything, I legitimately wanted to know...
It can't do really well in the long run if everyone waits to buy it later.
People have to buy alot "now" leading into "later", or there won't be a "later" for a revision to release to.
However, I do expect Nintendo and the 3DS to do just fine.
I think most of your disagrees are a response to your attitude, not your stance. You really shouldn't antagonize people.
Also, Nintendo For The Win.
We all know how important MH is in Japan. If he could tell, he most definitly would.
The real question is: why exactly can he not tell us that Monster Hunter is coming to the Vita?
That's a question only Capcom can answer.
The used games industry is completley neccesary and isn't hurting anybody.
Gamestop on the other hand....
