I am with you. The new games are more 'mature' or 'grown up' in tone. I prefer the original trilogy but each to their own.
I haven't even played the game yet but you are clearly a Nintendo enthusiast so why are you commenting here? I like Nintendo, I had a NES when I was 8, my kids have a Switch.
Go back to your home. Why you don't you just go HOME? That's your HOME! Are you too good for your HOME? (sorry if you are too young to get the reference ;)
I'm confused? Who doesn't like milkshakes? I would take this as a compliment. Don't y'all listen to Beyonce'?
5/10? Nope you got it wrong. It's clearly not Arkham level quality but it is a solid 7 or better yet an 8/10. Good job jumping on the bandwagon (a little late though).
I think this game will be great and I will be purchasing it. That said, based on the demo it is basically Nioh 3. Making up a bunch of excuses for removing a stamina bar just confirms it. How can you remove something from a game that is the first in an 'original' series? Fans of Nioh should be excited for this game. Anyone who thinks this is not Nioh 3 with some inconsequential changes, bring it ;)
I think the PS2 was the pinnacle of console gaming. It just completely dominated at the time and was basically essential (GTA 3 for example).
That said, my personal favourite PS1 games were Tenchu: Stealth Assassins, Tekken 3, and X-men: Mutant Academy 1 and 2.

;)
Yes, of course it IS bad. Once they buy up everything, run their competition out of business, and have a monopoly they will be free to implement their agenda unchallenged (Always online, MP focus only, subscriptions, lots of GAAS, etc).
Bethesda used to make some of my favourite games (Dishonored, Fallout, Evil Within, Wolfenstein). Not feeling super optimistic about the future of those developers. Time will tell I guess.
Simple solution, put it on easy.
Exactly. Why waste time and resources on useless features like this. If someone is too incompetent to press a pause button when needed they should suffer the consequences.
I think different games in the series had different strengths but all are great. I liked the original as it was an origin story and the mechanics were fresh. The sequel added smoother gameplay. Three was just so far ahead of it's time graphically it wasn't even funny. Plus great gameplay and bosses and insane gore and nice use of sexy time. The reboot was cool but lost a lot of what I liked about the original trilogy (I don't need my games grown up, just fun). Will wait and see wi...
Yes. I think this could potentially be the next Bloodborne. Looks great.
Yes but is there a Ben Stiller skin for Kratos?
Indeed. I never realised that was something I wanted to see. Now if we can just get a Will Ferrell Nathan Drake the circle will be complete.
Yeah that was a good line. I think the whole skit was well done. Nice to see something lighthearted and funny. Modern society has gotten too serious and lost its sense of humour.
Or is it Magnum? I can never tell, all look the same to me ;)
Yes. I miss the era when they still made comedy movies. Can't remember the last time I saw a good one.
Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Vince Vaughn, Will Ferrell, and their collaborators made so many fun movies.
Good. Not much point in doing a remake if you are not trying to make the best of available technology.
Isolation is a great stealth/survival game with unmatched atmosphere that really captures the feeling of the original movie.
Aliens vs Predator was/is a very good action game where you could play as human, alien, or predator in 3 different short campaigns and the multiplayer was also decent.
Yep I agree. I'm half a dozen hours in, stayed up late playing and am wrecked today. Haven't done that due to a game for quite a while. I love the original Dead Space and don't think this is as good but it is great so far all the same.
