It is a great game and captures the feel of the original Alien movie so well.
The evil within also came out around the same time. I was in horror gaming heaven for a while there.
You realise the PS Vita had an OLED screen 10 years ago right?
True. It's a shame, I really like dragons and have been waiting for a good game based on them since Lair (lots of potential/great concept but bad execution). Guess I'll keep waiting.
@blackblades Yes there is more mobility due to the jump button but the combat is the same a Nioh 2. I don't see how it is any faster.
How is it like Sekiro? It has a jump button that is the only similarity I see. The stealth mechanic is the same as Nioh and nothing like Sekiro.
I know you're not the only one making the comparisons/comments, they are just not accurate as far as I can tell.
Anyway, will still buy the game, looks g...
Great. So if you would like the unsatisfying experience of being completely destroyed by a community of PC players who have already owned the game for almost a year and have the advantage of mouse aiming then dive right in. My understanding is there is no way to disable PC cross-play. Hard pass.
No it is not much faster. Have you played Nioh 2? It even uses the same character creator. The only difference I am seeing so far is the jump button and setting, and extremely slightly different stamina/combat mechanics.
I will buy it as it is basically Nioh 3 but trying to pretend it isn't is weird.
Article is a waste of time. Based on the demo it IS Nioh 3, just re-branded with a new name. Gameplay is almost identical to Nioh 2 (they added a jump button), the character creator is taken directly from Nioh 2 (as in 95% identical), the graphics look the same as Nioh 2 (assuming it is largely the same engine and assets). If you liked Nioh 2 (I loved it) you will probably like this, it is more of the same.
I have honestly lost interest in the franchise thanks to the direction of the sequel. Not my cup of tea at all. I'll stick to the original and just continue to pretend it was a one and done game.
Spoiler: The game is great. No need for a trailer. Just play it if you like these kinds of game.
Yeah usually but this was a bit different. Kind of impressive if a 17 year old managed to bypass a huge Billion dollar company's security. They should give him a job. Gaol would be a waste of talent and fines don't really benefit anyone worthwhile.
When I first saw the trailer I thought 'oh, Nioh 3'. Not that it's an issue, Nioh 2 is amazing.
I think the game is fun but could have been so much better. It feels like a 'toned down' version of Saints Row in basically every area. It feels like they were worried about offending anyone or taking any risks. Safe Row would be a more appropriate title.
You missed X-men Origins Wolverine. Also, all 3 of the Rocksteady Arkham games are must plays.
Wanted dead looks awesome. Reminds me of PS3/360 era games (in a good way).
Not just gamers, that is most people. Nothing like jumping on a good bandwagon.
I suspected this comment section might be good for a laugh. Suspicion confirmed ;)
Came here to say the same thing. If only I knew how to buy stock... and had spare money. Investing is not my forte'.
Releasing in phased, regional roll-outs.
Right, well I live in Australia so maybe I won't hold my breath.
Boom tish!
I stopped listening to IGN way before Alien Isolation came out.
