The CONCEPT he mentions is HIS OWN IDEA FOR A GAME. Such as how he would set it up and how it would run.
He just got the idea from MAG, which is a VERY REAL GAME that has been in development for at least a year according to Zipper's interview at E3. Also, no one knows if MAG will be a third person shooter, i.e. a MMO Socom, or if it will be a FPS.

Yeah. I really like that game. Too bad it was panned by critics which probably hurt overall sales. It's too bad the power reviews have on people trying certain games.
My only complaint was that the "reverse" power was completely useless. TBH, unless I was prompted to use it, I totally forgot it was there.
Now, the way Prince of Persia: Sands of Time dealt with that time mechanism was bloody brilliant.

I love the story. In fact, from a story perspective, GOW 2 outclasses the first on so many levels. It is one of the reasons why I picked up the game in the first place. Yet I found myself bored with the gameplay.
When the first was released, it was cool. But there was not enough innovation in the sequel to satisfy my tastes.

there is a difference. I loved the EXPERIENCE of the first Halo. By the time Halo 3 hit its a "been there, done that" sort of feeling.
In fact, when you say that Halo 3 is "everything the first Halo is" sums it up perfectly. Adding "next gen" graphics doesn't make up for the fact that it has that "expansion pack" feel to it.

I recently repurchased Halo 3 (initially, I resold it two days after buying it at launch).
I figured, "the hype has died down, so I'll just play through it in spite of my original disappointment" and I gotta tell you, it took every ounce of my willpower to plow through the game.
If it is an expansion pack, and not a new game, IMO, that's the equivalent of just adding more sh*t to a pile of crap.
I hope that it's not an expansion pack though...

When Haze dropped and when Lair flopped it was a madhouse here of 360 Fanboys rubbing it in the faces of PS3 owners. Every time a HAZE review was posted you'd get all sorts of comments slamming how bad it was.
But to be fair, when Lair released it was 'cool' to hate on the PS3. So I guess that counts for something.
Seems like a typical response from the fanboys:

That's very similar to Blue Dragon numbers. I think when that game hit, it pushed something like 30,000 xbox consoles while the game itself did about 90,000 units.
I can't wait to see how the "Symphonia" sequel on the Wii will sale. Personally, that will be the one I pick up for sure when it comes to the U.S. I loved the characters (except Genis) and story of Symphonia.
