It won't come to the PS3 but I will be the first to pronounce that:

SILICON KNIGHTS WILL SUDDENLY FIND THEMSELVES AS AN "INDEPENDENT STUDIO" VERY SOON.

The more mainstream GL, i.e. the one from the cartoon, IS black. His name is John Stewart.

@Juuken

Well, I'm a GL fan (the only comic I read), or "nerd" and you are correct. It passes on if 1) the lantern dies or 2) is unable to perform

However, there are currently 4 active Earth-based GLs. Although two are on Earth and two on OA (the home planet of the GL Corp). Then there is Alan Scott, who is GL in name only.

TBH...you could release the game tomorrow for $60 as is and continue to "complete the game" through paid content updates until November and it'd still sell 3 million copies in a week.

As far as the lightsabers cutting the Stormtroopers in half or whatever, you can't beat the various saber mods for the PC Jedi Knight titles. It wasn't uber realistic, i.e. that every swing cut off a part, but it was rewarding when you got a great swing in and an arm or hand went flying.

As far as TFU goes, not much to complain about. I will know more after the demo hits. But just going by the videos, I'm not a big fan of the life bar over the characters' heads. I hope you can tu...

I think Eidos and Crystal Dynamics own the "Blood Omen" and "Legacy of Kain" rights now.

It was Edios and CD that put out Blood Omen 2.

So the game is "nothing like Too Human?"

"does that mean it'll be good?"*

*quoted Lord Yoshida from the Open Zone.

Seriously though, I wish them luck on their future endeavors.

Edit: Haha. My bad Lord. I didn't even check the Open Zone. I'll rectify my little plageristic remark.

Riiiiight Square Enix. It was "always" coming to the PSP. Just like FF XIII was "always" a PS3 exclusive.

Or my favorite SE, we want to support "all systems equally."

*But never mind the fact that we are holding back the American/EU PS3 version of FF XIII until the 360 version is done. While releasing both Star Ocean and the Last Remnant as 360 timed exclusives*

I would have thought the age of the Xbox user was waay younger. Like 12-25. At least that's the impression you get when playing over LIVE.

As for me, I fall into that category age wise (24) but I own both systems, which I bought with my own money, and I play my PS3 way more. My 360 is specifically for exclusives and certain multiplats. Needless to say, it's been a while since I've bought a 360 game. Unless you count XBLA games (love Braid). I'm hoping Fable II will rock.

I was being a little sarcastic. Should have noted that. lol

I really don't care if its accepted or not. I looooves my games! Plus, it mellows me out when stress creeps in.

I think the fact that the game wasn't showcased during MS E3 Press conference was telling. In fact, I was really surprised that it wasn't shown in that capacity and just reinforced my view that even MS "gave up" on this title.

^^^^^^^

Actually, Fable II is next.

Stole my brother's NES in '87 when I was 4 years old. Loved that Duck Hunt/Mario/Track and Field. And, as the cool kids say, "it was on!"

Oh thank God. I've got 11 more years to be a gamer before it's considered odd.

Doubt it. I guarantee you'll get a lot of "it's too short" comments.

I gave Haze a try too. But this type of gameplay doesn't appeal to me even though I like Norse mythology.

I was hoping the demo would have changed my mind but it didn't. I may pick up this game waaaay down the line and give it another chance, though.

Edit: @ below

I played the demo 5 times. It just didn't hook me. But I agree with wanting the game to be good because of the developer pedigree. That is one of the reasons why I gave Haze a try. But "f...

According to 1up, Haze (C+) is actually better than Too Human (C-).

It will still sell a sh*t load though. 360 only gamers tend to buy every game release regardless of the quality.

Its too bad they don't have figures on the 'return' end of the market spectrum. I'd be interested to see how many returns or trade ins this game gets. Not only this game, but many of the bigger hits of the last couple of years.

We only hear about how much a game sold. But if, say a game sold 400,000 copies and, after a few days or a week of playing a game ...

No No...there is that 93/100 from some random Greek Magazine that popped up a few weeks ago. These scores are faaaaake! Too Human is Jesus and Buddha combined! You get to go around and collect armor and stuff. That adds like 90,000 extra hours!

/sarcasm.

I still have everyone of the games on my shelf. I even busted out Blood Omen after typing my post. I think I'm going to replay them all..haha.
