F'ing brilliant!
If there was anyway that could be made into an official commercial...
So when the law abiding Palestinians (yes, not all Palestinians support Hamas and their actions) defends their territory in Gaza through violence (which it is theirs as defined by both Israel and the UN mandates) is that justified too?
Or because their elected leaders and their followers commit acts of terror against Israel is it justified to just target everyone simply because you live in the area?
So you didn't make a female character in Mass Effect and seduce the female alien Liara to see the "sex" scene?
Obviously you're still alive, so I'm gonna say that's a no.
Sorry to tell you this, but non-Jews were living there long before the concept of a single God even entered the world. The Israelites, like any other conquering force, occupied the land and then were themselves expelled by more powerful forces. In fact, everyone from the Assyrians to the Romans, wrote texts that laid claim to the land before and after the Jews.
So using a text written after the fact to justify ownership of land, which in this case would be the Jewish Torrah not t...
Except it's not about who started it. This conflict is one of many that is based on one simple reason: It's about the battle of the idea of predestination and theological rights against the realities of imminent domain (not the legal use but the anthropological understanding) and cultural ties.
The truth is, Israel exists because of a political move by British, French, the League of Nations and then the United Nations. The British and French occupation following the end of the O...
I personally don't care if a character in a game is gay or not. Just like I don't care if a person is gay in real life. People are who they are or, in the case of games, who they are programmed to be. It's a complete waste of mental faculties to worry oneself with such insignificant matters.
As far as games go, I care if they are good or bad and if the story and gameplay are compelling and engrossing.
That's good for a fps and, as some mentioned, nearly double that of COD 4 and almost 2 hours longer than other games of similar ilk.
But I'm going to take bets on how many reviewers count the length as a bad thing. They will say something like "While the game was a blast, the fact we have to pay $60 for a 10 hour game is kind of a rip off."
I beat Heavenly Sword in a little over 10 hours. It was a great game, played through it on all of the skill settings after the first play through.
The reason it got knocked is that, to reviewers, it had no real reason to replay the game. Some sites even knocked off points because it had no multiplayer , even though MP wouldn't have worked in the game, and for some technical issues like screen tearing and frame rate issues.
However, I never experienced said issues.
If Sony "massages" their numbers...then what MS does to theirs probably is illegal in certain parts of the world.
And?
Even with a free Silver account, MS can only account for 18 million LIVE members. Yet they claim 28 million consoles sold?
Hmm...
oh man..that would be completely awesome. Imagine playing Killzone 2, or any fps, and have the illusion of rockets and tracer rounds flying at you. Or GOW 3 and fighting the huge Titans and, like the Colossus battle in GOW 2, fighting it head on in 3D.
I hope that this is something that a) can be outfitted within the next few years; b) integral to the PS4.
This current version looks A LOT better than previous iterations. In fact, it actually looks like it could be a fun title. Now, if the story is a decent sci-fi tale (it doesn't necessarily have to be a masterpiece of story telling) then I am sold.
Between this and Infamous, it's going to be a good year for sandbox game enthusiasts.
There aren't as many side quests as a traditional RPG. Instead, you have various "jobs" you can do: woodcutter, blacksmith, bartender. There are also Assassination missions, slaving missions (freeing and capturing), and the Crucible (a battle gauntlet). Finally, there are your standard "search missions," i.e. finding the silver keys to unlock chests.
Tbh, each of these gets old pretty fast and can be done in a matter of 2 to 3 hours. The jobs, however, keep g...
I had a similar freezing problem following the boat battle at the end of the Spire and a game ending glitch after you kill the Dark master in the Monk quest. I had to restart the game three times before I found ways around it. So I get what you're saying.
But I cannot wait until this DLC is released.
MS apparently. We get a new press release from them every other week with them claiming they've "outsold the PS3 by (x number of consoles)."
It's about time one of these articles calling out MS finally made it through.
i don't even know where to begin with this "preview" but here are some highlights:
1. The objectives – Blow up communication towers, plant explosive charges, defend Johnny Useless team-mate, Guerrilla have more brutally killed the box rather than thought outside it for most of the game’s objectives.
Aside from the piss poor grammar, what do you expect the objectives to be in fps? From Halo to COD to the GOD ALMIGHTY Half-Life 2 (which this author seems to ...
Read it again...it's for November which was already posted.
"NPD Group Inc. in Dec. reported that the Xbox 360 sold 836,000 units in NOV. U.S. sales."
Agreed. For being shown on a large flat-screen the detail is impressive.
umm....
I love you GG.
