Well Apocalypse, please provide links to support your assertions. Because after such a long tl;dr rant you really need to prove what you're saying. The more popular tracking sites aren't backing up what you're saying, so you need to.
Have a bubble!
You're right...the spirit of the Gamer Zone has been broken. More than half of the posts for this article should have been in the Open Zone.
Taki's starting to look like Ivy.
Couldn't agree more.
I would love a re-issue of Ultimate MK3. That was my absolute favorite, but MK2 wasn't far behind.
One thing I wish Stringer would lead them to do is stop with all of the proprietary formats and invasive copy protection technologies. I really like Sony's stuff, but I don't like their media devices for this reason. In general, though, Sony makes great stuff.
It's time to buy this game.
Look at all of the fanboy flamewars around here.
There are only so many coats of paint you can put on an FPS. They all tend to look great, but at the core is the game going to be that much better than anything else out there? You run around with a gun and blow things up. Is there more?
What a coincidence! I'm not too interested in WiiWare, either. I've downloaded quite a few VC games, but WiiWare just does not appeal to me.
Looks good to me. I'm still on the fence about which version I want, but I'm stoked for the game.
I don't use half of the features that the PS3 offers. Movies and games and not much else. I would rather have them available to me and be not need them than need them and not have them available to me. That said, it's the same for my 360, except I no longer watch movies on it. The PS3 wears that crown.
If you are reading this comment then you don't need a web browser on the 360.
tl;dr
Also off-topic.
The word to go along with your definition is Xenophobic, not smart. And the thing about Japanese cars is just wrong.
It's so funny how a joke article brings out the SRS BIZ fanboys. People need to learn to relax and not take this stuff so seriously. I thought video games were all fun and games. I guess I was wrong.
That sounds so emo. "I'd rather die than have a 360 game!"
Too bad there are many of your consumers that would like the opportunity to play some of the games on your competitor's console.
Duplicate.
Since when do demos show up in your played list?
You can still play Burnout Paradise, though. Not being able to play online is not the same as not being able to play at all.
It'll be interesting to see how long Microsoft can continue to charge for online play. They saw that PC gamers wouldn't do it. PS3 gamers don't have to do it. Wii gamers don't have to do it. Looks to me like Xbox Live Gold is starting to lose its luster a bit.
