Who pays the cost of maintenance after launch? That's where the money's going.
I've always wanted to see proof that Kojima actually owns the Metal Gear Solid IP. Everybody says that Konami has no say in where the game is published, but I can't find evidence of that other than anecdotally. Typically when you invent something while working for a software company the software company owns that creation. I'm just wondering what makes this different.

Well, the difference is that on Amazon.com the Wii is sold out. The MGS4 PS3 is not. So I can see why it would be selling better, considering there are actually some to sell.

The only reason Sony had so many good titles to release this Spring is because they were all delayed 2007 holiday titles. Home is going to be a year behind it's original release date.
The big deal is that if you're going to tout your release schedule you need to make sure you release games when they're scheduled to be released.

That's what happened with the 80GB PS3. It was $599 until the 60GB models were gone. Then it dropped to $499 about 6 weeks later.
