I was at Gamestop earlier today and the fools were already lining up for the 9pm launch event. There's not a game that I would stand outside in a line for. Especially when I'll just be able to walk in and pick it up the next day.
We all know that the only sales increases that matter are for the PS3 at Amazon. Everyone else gets increases through acts of desperation.
Funny how vgchartz is a reliable source of information when it comes to good news for the PS3. But for the Wii or 360 we get "lulz vgchartz"
So what's the difference between pirates and 4chan? They both live in the seedy underbelly of the internet.
Let me show you to the Open Zone. It's that way. -->
If there were no 360 version those third-party games likely would not have been any different, or possibly even seen the light of day. Why? Because even though the PS3 has more storage capacity for content that content is expensive. So the product you see is due to the budget every bit as much as the platform. They had to go multiplatform to even be able to afford to develop them.
Get off the "Xbox 360 gimped my game" bandwagon. There's been absolutely no proof of that....
This game isn't at the top of my list, but when I buy it I'll be getting the PS3 version, if only for the nostalgic value. I've always played Tekken on a PlayStation controller. Anything else would feel wrong.
I've never really gotten into watching movies on my PSP, but I do it all the time on my iPod touch. It's smaller, lighter, and the battery lasts longer. I prefer to have all of my digital copies be iTunes compatible. I don't mind having a PSP copy on the Blu-ray as long as they include the code for me to get it via iTunes.
Don't forget exclusivity windows on demos and other content.
But you didn't answer my question. The mechanics of Killzone 2 and the mechanics of Halo and COD4 aren't so different to justify saying that 360 offers a lowbrow experience. Exactly the same kind of gamer would be drawn to Killzone 2 and Halo.
The main types of games that people play online are FPS games, because those games are typically geared toward that purpose. That doesn't make the 360 community "lowbrow" as you call it, unless all of those folks playing Resistance 2 are also lowbrow.
What games on PS3 offer a superior online experience that doesn't involve the same gameplay aspects as the ones you mentioned?
There haven't been any "cold hard facts" about which console is better. Just fanboy bias and what you choose to believe. Both consoles have incredible gaming experiences that shouldn't be missed.
Somebody wants them, considering there are tons of Blu-ray movie torrents out there. Hard drive capacity is cheap, so some folks just run the movies right off of their drives.
Crackdown didn't really have significant load time issues, so I never tried installing it to the hard drive. No real reason to, really.
Clearly you've never been in PlayStation Home. That place is full of bigotry, racism and sexism. Unless those twerps doing the running man in girls' faces is just a fancy way of saying hello.
This is a serious problem on both networks, not just Live.
I guess it depends on who you ask, right? There was a time when it clearly dominated, but PSN is really holding its own. I let my gold membership lapse because it wasn't worth it for me, and I when I want an online fix PSN fits the bill for me.
It isn't capitalism that causes that ambulance ride to be so expensive. Capitalism implies that there's competition for her business, which more often than not isn't. That ambulance is more than likely a function of your local government, much like firemen and police officers. If it was a private ambulance service and not one dispatched by an emergency call to a 911 operator then caveat emptor.
Anything medical is expensive mostly due to the people who pay their medical bills hav...
TheHater clearly didn't read the article. There were people who admitted to stealing bundles that they tried to sell on Craigslist. And the one dude was in business with an underground hologram maker and was making pirate copies of the game that looked like legit copies.
Not bad, not bad at all. 480p for Rocky III. So far so good.
You mean that 18 year old modder kid that was selling pirated copies? Because he was surely completely innocent.
